Thank you pinot
And the stupid thing is i couldn't tell you what is wrong with meI could easily blame it all on mr dfw being harsh earlier but tbh he was no different to usual and i usually just ignore it or have a comeback
but feeling very sensitive & down atm. Not sure if it is because of my reiki attunement, wrong time of month or tablets being lowered or something else. I have just sent the longest email in the world to my reiki teacher (lucky her
) funny thing is (or not) on monday and tuesday straight after the attunement i felt on top of the world. had tonnes of energy, felt happy, felt like i had a purpose and slowly as the days have passed i've started eating bad foods again, feeling sorry for myself, doing less self treatment on myself telling myself i'm not worth it i don't have the time etc etc proper feeling sorry for myself! I'm hoping she has an inspiring reply to cheer me up. I so wish i could afford a retreat day once a month. I'm the sort of person who regularly needs her batteries recharging through a whole day of meditation & peace

Hope you feel more 'balanced' soon dFW!
Sometimes there is just no reason for feeling a bit overwhelmed. I do, regularly, and there is not necessarily a single big reason for it, perhaps just a build up of little pressures and niggles.
Hope the rest of the week is better
