Have changed a bit of money around in accounts from pots to cover spends for today. So should be fine now till Monday. MIL is coming over this afternoon so she can look after both kids until sunday as i'm doing my reiki course tomorrow (9-6) and same sunday! She will be worn out so we are giving her the petrol money to come over so will need to ask her how much she would like (and pray it is no more than £60 as that's all that is left in petrol budget lol)!
DS2 has crawled into bed and gone to sleep  so cute, but i know i will pay for this moment of weakness later when he won't sleep! I should just wake him but he's too cuteMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Well good news is Saturday & Sunday were NSD :j so will add to sig in a mo. Also I am now attuned to reiki and can practice on myself & family & friends :T i had a great weekend and it was like being on a spiritual retreat weekend type thingwas in a very good mood this morning and felt very awake and ready for the day (makes a change!)
Today was a bit of a spendy day  i had let the petrol run down to the empty signI never pay attention to the car unless it flashes or beeps at me
oops so had 25 miles left in tank to get to nearest station this morning...which was @sda! So did my shopping there  and wished i hadn't after! £54.55 in there  when i could have spent the same in a1di and got twice as much! Not impressed! will update sig in a mo with grocery spends & nsd's
am completely behind on everyone's diaries i apologise! Haven't been on here all weekend! But MIL has gone now and i've done today's chores! Including making playdoh! The recipe is this : 2 cups plain flour, 1 cup salt, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 cup of water and food colouring -just mix together and done :j no cooking or any special ingredients! :T
Anyway will go update sig and have a nosey round see if i missed anything!:)MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. well have caught up with washing & drying. And washing up & tidied kitchen , kids room & some other little jobs! am now catching up on superscrimpers.
I've decided to lower the dosage on my anti d's again. By myself. I know it's not recommended but i've done it before and on the same brand of tablet & i can feel myself becoming a little dependant on them and scared to come off them. I'm feeling much better after doing some soul searching and working on me....i.e the meditation course & reiki attunement. I feel now is the time to take the leap before i chicken outso i have lowered my dose these last 2 days from 40mg to 20 mg..........so will see if i turn into a nut case in the next few weeks or not  ! Am really hungry tonight but i'm supposed to be de-toxing the body after my attunement so have eaten healthy all day and my body is just craaaaaaaaaaving sugar
!! may give in to a hot choc with marshmallows......hmmm.

Ooh hot choccie sounds lvoely, but I shoudlnt be encouraging you should I .
So pleased the weekend went well for you. Good Luck with the Anti D's, we will keep an eye out for any unusual behaviour from you in the next few weeks, but then again maybe I'm not really the person to spot it , mad as a bag of spiders I am at the moment ! I decided very naughtily to stop taking Anti D's myself as well, a few years ago now though. I was on holiday and felt chilled out and fine so I tipped the lot down the loo one morning. Goodness me what a telling off I got from the Doctor when I got home !!!:oLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Your reiki weekend away sounds fab. I have a friend who regularly attends weekend retreats and takes the whole family along, they take a tent and camp out for a couple of nights so the kids feel like it's a mini-holiday.
A brave decision reducing the meds on your own. I came off my anti d's just before we moved to NZ and am pleased to say I haven't taken any since. It's been 5 years.Just make sure you take good care of yourself.

:j morning!
We are naughty taking ourselves off meds ehnever mind i have done it so many times now i can tune myself out to the dr's telling me off :rotfl: I remember when they gave me a pill once (can't remember which one) for some health reason or another and i stopped taking that suddenly i had a worse reaction with that one than any anti d i've ever stopped taking! I got really told off for that but the headaches soon went and i knew it was the right decision i'd made. We know our bodies better than a dr does they give you 5 min time slots so i don't see how they can look into anything in great detail!
I woke up refreshed again today :T but i didn't get time to do my morning reiki or meditation as ds2 woke me up. he'd got a bottle of shower gel and emptied it all over the bathroom floor, sink, stool, toilet, towel - you name it it was covered! who knew it would go that far huh :rotfl:
Tax credits are being paid in today which comes under my april budget so i don't really know what to do. I may take half for this month and then next month i will already have half and then when may's lot come in i can take half from that. I think it may work better i only have 2 weeks to each payday then :rotfl: i might be not as broke :rotfl:
Right off to pull an angel card (my new affirmation card of the day) :T and get dressed!MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Well back in for the day now it's far too cold. Obviously there is a good side to this. Means a NSD
so i am up to 30 for the year so far! that is one whole month  and just imagine just over a year ago i never even knew what it was like to not spend money everyday! I'm due my pocket money which i think will be spent on a mother's day card (unless i get inspired and get kids to make one) and posting her lil pressie off to her!
Hubby has gone for the day, kids are watching the gruffalo again (i'm hiding in the kitchen i've heard it so many times i think i might crack up if i have to watch it again lol)
Need to sort out washing, do washing up and a quick tidy around and jobs are done. Also need to find someone to take my dishwasher & microwave from my garden! It's taking up all the room out there so just want it gone (and for free!)
DS2's bike is sat in the porch. He wasn't very impressed with it as he couldn't go fast on it lol, think it may need a bit of getting used to yetMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. Sorry to hear it's been cold your way today. It's been lovely here, probably about 13 degrees. I sat in the garden in a t-shirt without a coat or jumper.
I know what you mean about watching the same old films/shows. My two used to like Rosie & Jim and also Tots TV. We had these on video and after a while they drive you mad. :rotfl:
The shower gel must have taken some cleaning up and you probably had lots of bubbles everywhere. Youngsters eh :rotfl:June 16 Mortgage Amount £82,896.15
