:rotfl::rotfl:It's taken me a fair while to get the hang of the 2nd purse :p

And i've tried to make the spreadsheet easier to read so i can look back and see where overspends are..............so far i'm thinking i need to allocate more money to the ve-HICK-al!!!! So wish i didn't need it we would save hundreds of pounds a month without it!!

  • Nsd #2 of feb today :) and #15 of the year :j

Got plenty of food in still so hoping will only need a smallish shop to see me through to next weekend!

I'm a little worried about the snow if it carries on, I have to get ds1 from school next friday and I don't want to be snowed in :( Enjoying it for the moment though, will worry about that when the time comes :)

Heating has been on all day every day for the last few days :( but it's so cold without it, kids have been ill so will just have to hope my frugal usage of it so far will be enough to keep final winter bills down a bit :)

paid for my reiki course, looking forward to it loads now :T

got nothing in particular planned for this week apart from cleaning ds1 room and picking him up :T:j been a long term, for him and me! And we're only half way through

  • Well no more snow since yesterday :j hoping it's all gone by friday so i can get ds1 from school :T had a fab email this morning from his school saying he has had a much better week so that makes me happy :D

Today's jobs are washing, washing, washing oh and some washing UP.!

DH has called cccs with some letters from creditors. One has been passed to a debt collection agency and another wants a review. Hoping neither will give us trouble!

DD didn't go to nursery, she had a temperature all night :( so didn't want to send her out in the cold for just 2 hours at nursery!

I've put a food order in with rosspa to arrive on thursday. We have enough foood to last till then! (no matter what dh says about lack of alcohol, crisps and nuts lol)

I'm utterly exhausted so just going to 'veg' today and watch the kids kill one another over the pink crayon. *sigh*

    Hope everyone is well :)

That happens here - ended up buying double pressies after xmas just to stop arguments! I wish school had been shut so we didnt have to go anywhere today - dd got art club so in theory both kids need picking up at 4pm today in two totally different places - hoping it get cancelled and can get her at normal time.

Glad to say we have enough of everything to last a while as yet. Got to figure out what to do with half a leg of pork that we have left over from yesterday. All my winter prep i did was well worth it.

    Stay warm :)

  • Morning :)

DD is back to nursery today. She was going nuts being locked in the house for so long. I've told them she's still feeling a little poorly with a bad cough, but most of the kids there were coughing and spluttering so she's in good company! I just hope she doesn't come back with something else now!

I've changed my browser to firefox as IE was crashing this site every time i came on  i can't be doing without my MSE fix every day now can I ;)

have put £35 on the car tax card this month as it's due next month and i think we're a little short

DS2 not too well so have been looking after him, DH also complaining of feeling ill now, and i'm full of cold. I officially hate winter!

DS1 is doing better in school so I have relaxed a little. I emailed his music tutor and he is doing so well they are considering him for the school marching band for September :T Very excited about that although i won't tell him that just in case nothing comes of it. But since he joined the school he wanted to get into the band

I have a 10p off every litre voucher from Te$co, so will fill the car up with this before getting ds1 from school on friday. I'm going to let my mum have the two little ones for the morning so dh & I can go pick ds1 up alone......he has parent's day so we get to find out how he has been in lessons etc (see if he has been happy!) I think we might treat him to lunch as well just the 3 of us as a treat for doing so well (not that i've seen his report yet lol but he's never ever had a bad one YET :rotfl:)

Got plenty of food in apart from milk so will just pop to the local shop for that. My rosspa order is coming on thursday and tbh i don't think we need it that soon. But we're out on friday, and they don't deliver sat/sun and by monday we'll be right out of stuff so am hoping the fruit/veg is all good to last ...
