Hope you feel more relaxed now. I'm think it's a really good idea what you've done with your FB account. I have threatened to do that we've mine. Mind you since I started my diary on here I'm addicted to that......but it is much more beneficial.:)

morning
Thank you alice & slmthe first thing i did this morning after the school run was put the kettle on & switch on the laptop for my daily updates on everyone's lives on facebook! Since when did i become so nosey :rotfl: I also wanted to update everyone that i managed to get my daughter to sleep in past 6am  so sorry you are all getting the updates instead :rotfl:
DS1 text me and apologised for being rude on the phone  I am not mentioning the school situation to him again this week. He has exeat on saturday with his grandad so he can discuss it then. We'll see if grandad manages to bribe him with something worth while staying in the school for. I remember him bribing me with a pony :rotfl: but i know ds1 isn't as stupid as me
So another NSD today :j
The thing is they are dead easy to do when you simply don't have a penny in the bank to spend :rotfl::eek:
I did a lovely meditation last night and feel much more grounded today & not all over the place so no more silly on the spot decisions (ummmm yeah right, i wouldn't be who I am without them)
Off to have my detox tea & catch up on everyone else xxMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. If i'm perfectly honest i think i have more of an addiction to mse than fb :rotfl::rotfl: but i can't give this vice up and i justify to myself that i learn something new (mse wise) every day on here so i'm allowed to come on as much as i like:rotfl:
I *think* my diary will be 1 year old tomorrow...........i will check! but i can't believe i am still as motivated now as i was then (ok so i was better at my spending diary then though, that seems to have fallen by the wayside lol)
edited to say: Tomorrow was in fact my LBM one year ago....... how exciting can i celebrate with cake and wine lolMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Congratulations on your diary anniversary for tomorrow (does that make sense?? LOL).
I'm also addicted to MSE, which as you say can't be a bad thing. Although I do keep coming in here at work and when I should be doing housework etc....ooops.
Hope you have a good chilled out week.xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Lets have a virtual wine and cake party tonight in celebration of your one year Anniversary !
Well done, I hope I am still as motivated as you in a years time !:T
Today you learnt what a Mandolin is, so you can safely say that you do indeed learn something new everyday on mse, even if its a total useless fact !

LOL yes i can indeed say i know what a mandolin is (well the two things it is)
I have had a lovely email from admissions at southend grammar (or whatever it is called) and they seem keen on having him attend...........but after looking into it it's an hours drive, or an hour and 20 mins on the train with one changeso i don't think it's doable. What a shame. Gutted about that. Although i think he would have had to sit their entrance exam too & i'm not sure i want him going through the stress of a 13+ as well as the 11+ and then them saying no anyway
Ok that's my 2 p worth on the schools lol
Going to hang my washing out to dry in a mo then take kids to park! I've tidied up a little but really have no enthusiasm for it today lol!
And virtual wine & cake it shall be...........cos i have no money for the real deal lmao. You'd think one year on i'd be in a better positionMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. i think you are better off - just go back and look at that new years list you did. All of your emergency spends have come from real money and not credit cards. That in my books is an improvement
Happy 1st year anniversary for tomorrow
