Well done on the weight loss. I haven't managed to get motivated enough on that front at the moment just got enough stress to cope with without putting more pressure on about the weight...

Might have to look into a low carb diet and see if it has any effect have to be careful though as my IBS flares up easily so cannot really have any diary products...think that would be enough not to eat chocolate but do love the stuff

I'm BACK!
Hello all hope everyone had a low weekend, my family it seems did not!
Whilst I was away working my DS came home with a school trip letter, that needs to be paid next month and is ...£250!
And hubby's bike needed taxing Grrrrrr..
However I did manage to get a deal from the Grabbit on my dog food so have save £30 on my order wich will see them through until June
A very small payment has come out to a card today BUT it has pushed my DFD to March 2017!!! a big deal for me as it's the first month I have seen off since starting this diary:T So happy
Have a good day all

Not much going on today no more payments out of my account but no more in either !! so just waiting until payday
I will have to go to the shops tonight though as the cupboards are looking a little bare so will have to spend something
I did however manage 7.5 miles yesterday after work so am quite pleased with that, I have decided that I need to have something positive to post each morning so if
I know there are no debt payments going out I need to have something else, hoping the additional motivation to exercise will shift a few more pounds too.

hellooo
7.5 miles - thats very good. Hopefully you wont turn it too fast into muscle and the lesser llbs will show on the scale
A friend of mines kids have a school trip coming up to somewhere in Europe and she cant afford to send them which is sad really. I cant understand why the school (or that particular year even) doesnt hold a fundraising thing to help towards all the costs. (maybe they do - I dont know). Like a cake sale or car washing morning or something. I am glad that my DS is now finished his studying and working.0 -
Congrats on knocking a month off your DFD
Interesting about the low carb and the lack of chocolate craving I found that too but it is starting to return although my weight is staying within my prescribed limits and I am able to eat much more than I could before I started dieting so I am happy with that
You are doing well with your weight too at least it is going down and you are not yo yoing
Still need to start exercising though so I am very impressed with your runs especialy as I have found that I still need my low dose blood pressure tablets despite the weight loss but at least my blood pressure is under control now. I was hoping to come off them as they are stopping me from being able to give blood something I have always done until I had my youngest twins and had to go on these tablets I was gutted when they said I couldn't donate.
