    Well think I must have got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning. I have managed to burn the bottom of my steamer by not putting any water in with the potatoes (its one of those that sits on the hob) so burnt potatoes and green beans. So we ended up with sausage casserole and bread and butter for tea:o In my defence I am taking cold medication. Any tips on getting the black marks off?

    DS3 has just gone to cadets and just looked into his room. OMG he has only been home from school a couple of hrs and I have tidied it once this morning:mad: he will be feeling the sharp edge of my tongue when he gets back

    Anyway going to calm down and do some deep breathing. I am sure tomorrow will be better. Off to watch human planet. Everyone else has disappeared, I'm not sure but it may be something to do with my mood:angry:. Have a good evening

    Ruby Red - im so sorry to hear about your Dad, thats awful. Care in this country is appalling. (hugs)

    Well, another long day at work, popped to sainsbugs to catch some pack up food whoopsies, and got a HUGE silverside joint reduced from £11.70 to £4.99. into the slow cooker that goes for sandwiches! bargain!

    Back at home now with a brew, catching up on todays posts...!

    hope any illo's feel better, and anyone feeling sad gets their day brightened in some way.
