They are very different.

That's why some people will only eat BK and some McDeaths.

Someone on another forum claimed that BK pre flame grill all the burgers and they are delivered to the restaurant like that. Then when people order them they just use microwaves to heat the burgers up. Not sure if its true or not but it put me off BK. Both places are much of a muchness though and honestly if i need a burger i just go to the one thats closest to me at the time!

Of course it does - do you think you are going to get the same service in the Travel lodge or an etap hotel as you do in the Lowry hotel? Equally, the level of service you can expect in a place that does a complete meal for £5 is going to be different what you get at Le Gavroche.

We all eat junk at one time or another.

I do, I make all of our meals from scratch every night. The time it takes it to make your own pasta sauce is no more than it does to get out a bottle of processed crap and wait for it to heat up. As Jack LaLanne used to say "I wouldn't fit that muck to a hog!". I use to eat that filth but it was killing me.

The only time I eat junk food is if I'm away and there is really no option, then I'll try and selected the healthy option.

I think you have that the wrong way round.

You can see BK grilling the burgers.

I can easily believe it of the McDeaths ones, though. When you bite into them both the meat and bread seem to turn into some sort of composite, cloying paste.

Bk do not have their burgers delivered pre-cooked.

I can say this without a shadow of doubt as my Daughter works there .

Yeah i must admit i took the guys word with a pinch of salt but he seemed very certain about it. Personally my two favourite burgers are the BK Whopper and the Mcdonalds 1/4 pounder with cheese so no matter which one I go too, i'm never that bothered.

They do that alot around me, its so annoying as if you go to KFC it must be because you fancy chicken!

Double whopper with bacon and cheese...oh my fav by far !

Bk do actually flame grill all their burgers in store...i like that fact.

I love KFC but the missus has to use a knife a fork as she's 'funny' with meat and bones, so we don't get it often.
I definitely prefer BK to McDs as well, but I can't afford a Bacon Double Cheeseburger so have to stick with a normal cheesy from McDs usually.
