May I ask please what was the conclusion of your County Court Claim? I've received a ticket from Elite Management and, stupidly, I wrote to them to appeal (before checking on this site). Of course the appeal was turned down. Was the County Court Claim pursued by Elite please?

Graham White has a track record of issuing county court claims not for Parking charges but for debts. He hopes to win by default. He also has a record for not turning up when cases are defended!

The bailiffs is the biggest empty threat of all, there is absolutely no way a bailiff could come to your house! Unless they do a lot of virtually impossible things beforehand.

I can also confirm that the same combination of Elite and GW failed to make any progress with their speculative actions.

It was a simple matter of ignoring their bluster and amateurish attempts to scare us into submission.

It was also nice to see this thread again and to see the equally pathetic attempts to spam the forum with a particular Solicitor also failing miserably.Did anyone hear anything more of threatened libel actions.:rotfl:

There is no need for solicitor costs to deal with such simple straightforward cases and those advocating it now look very foolish.:D
