It was always stretching the imagination to believe an ex colleague could feel so passionately about such minor matters. Or that the cryptic style of writing, with throw away insults at various MSE members, wasn't born of a long held grudge against MSE.

Take a look back at the Anewman thread on the HJ website.

Compare the words used, style and phrases used. Very familiar?

In particular, look at the intervention of an 'ordinary' poster 'concrete' who conveniently appears to support, but gives the game away by talking legal speak and then says:

'You are objecting to something that LucyBC does not recommend. It is HJ that sometimes states that if you believe you have innocently breached a contract you should offer a small sum in full and final settlement. I have asked HJ about this and understand his reasons for saying it, although it does create confusion.

In the very next post, the two of them actually exchange the following on the thread:

'I think he's probably a waif or a stray from money saving expert concrete.'

I know some posters have got frustrated at the way this thread has moved off topic. I also feel the same, but the two spam interventions have been rightly challenged by a number of posters. The associated dialogue by the spamming party paints a picture of a totally OTT reaction. Quite rightly, some posters have responded to various general and specific insults and false statements as we are entitled to do.

I felt from day 1 when the current poster appeared on the HJ thread there was a weird agenda.

MSE have a sensible policy of not allowing advertising of services on their website. If we don't want it clutterred by links/references etc., we have to stand up and be counted now and again.

Murdo has posted several times he used to work with or for LBC.

hi there, i have recieved three letters today from Graham White Solicitors for my 3 parking pcn's i was on here last year when i decided not to pay them, i parked in disabled bay not knowing i had to pay with my blue badge, i am so scared because it all adds up now to over £600 !! i cant pay that, i have seen the link showing the letters in order to be recieved but its still not nice having them through the door, can i have some reassurance please thanks

You don't owe them anything at all, Graham White who is in fact Roxburghe have never ever ever taken anyone to court, all they do is send threats to people, they are toothless scumbags who have no power to enforce these invoices, please understand that these are not enforceable and it will not go any further.

Ignore them, they are not PCNs just speculative invoices. GW will give up after a couple of letters as long as you don't reply.

thanks guys for the comments, it helps having people like you to keep my spirits up over this, the letters are quite intimidating, threatening bailiffs to come to my house etc.. i can see how some people cave in and pay up .

I suppose the topic of this thread brought you here, He has issued a County Court claim but it is as far as Pepipoo are concerned its a crock!

Graham White has a track record of issuing county court claims not for Parking charges but for debts. He hopes to win by default. He also has a record for not turning up when cases are defended!

He maybe taking this punt at CC for a parking charge because he has threatened to do so so many times and hasn't the SRA could be getting on his case!

There must be hundreds of Graham White threats on here and he has lodged one claim!!

The bailiffs is the biggest empty threat of all, there is absolutely no way a bailiff could come to your house! Unless they do a lot of virtually impossible things beforehand.

I don't know whether the OP Adinuff will report back here, so I thought I would pass on his update.

Graham White, the Solicitor :rotfl:,has failed to submit an allocation to any Court within the prescribed time period of 33 days.The case is now stayed unless GW apply to a District Judge for the stay to be lifted and charged a fee.

This claim had no chance of success as discussed in the thread and I was certain that proceedings were issued purely as a scare tactic. It has horribly backfired for them.:o

Well done again to the Pepipoo advisors who have assisted the OP. :T
