My local ASDA wouldn't sell me one; said it didn't start until tomorrow!

Strange.. maybe there are regional variations, or maybe the items need to be put on display instore first, before they can be sold. My local ASDA did not have them out either, but I got one by asking the woman at the electronics counter and she brought one from the back.

I rang and asked if they had any stock.
The electricals lady said there were 2 in, and I asked her to keep one aside for me.
I've no idea if they were on display or not, but she didn't argue with me about it not being available yet.

For anybody on the look out they are in a small blue box.
And based on what others have about this unit, said I'll be taking my navman icn330 back to tescos for a refund.

Edit/ the other units have provision for European maps, so I'm sure you could buy map upgrades for this unit.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Quite a few available at the Cannock branch. Saw a couple of people buy them so they are actually selling them today.

Sat Nav will be the saviour of many marriages. No more will there be arguments over whose fault it was that we drove for 4 hours in the wrong direction!

Our long car journeys are so much more relaxed and peaceful since I got my first Sat Nav system (mine runs on my phone so I tend to upgrade whenever I get a new phone). I've now got a TMC (Traffic Message Channel) adaptor so it also re-routes me around traffic jams. You don't get that with a road atlas and Radio 2!

Life without Sat Nav? It's do-able. But I wouldn't wanna.

Can you upload POI's onto it?

EDIT: You can update the speed camera database, so presumably you can upload POI's...
