Please provide the posting that someone has complained to you about your recommendation to Organise Mum because I wish to see the context rather than an edited version. Many thanks

Did the OP say someone complained to her?

No no one has complained to me.....thankfully yet, but i recommended the company to buy products from in a Grabbit Forum. As previous orders have been successful' ish, apart from them taking £ a large amount out of my account for £1.00....a few weeks ago, that AGAIN I had to chase THEM down and get a refund on...hmmmm

Check your statements carefully when buying from here

Oh and the edited version was to remove !!! as someone thought I was shouting.

I've apologised on the Grabbit Forum and respectfully given my known knowledge for them to do with as they please. I'm not hiding it

Mmm, then if no-one has complained then my interpretation is that she has vented her anger and using me (an MSEr) as excuse to vent by apologising for no reason at all.

Why should the OP let it go, she has paid for something and it is incorrect. Her main point is that the manger was rude to her and i am pretty sure that would get most of our backs up. Why should she send it back at a cost to her? they know there is a problem with the item so its not as if she is lying about it.

Even if she has, so what? We are all in charge of our own eyes.

Seems to me you are making just as much of an issue of this as the OP is.
