    And your point being.......
I think shop-to-drop's point is this:
Life's too short for pettiness like this.
  • I thought you meant all the dates were wrong after that date, yes just let it go

Consumer Rights......surely I have rights.....And my right is to be allowed a refund on a faulty good. Not have to argue with the Manager and have him call me up early in the morning and tell me off for not returning more than 1 page. Flamming Cheeky Moose

Life is short....it may be petty, but I am a Consumer and if I am not happy with a purchase, I am allowed (am I not posters) to ask for a full refund?

    Its gone thanks
  • Why should the OP let it go, she has paid for something and it is incorrect. Her main point is that the manger was rude to her and i am pretty sure that would get most of our backs up. Why should she send it back at a cost to her? they know there is a problem with the item so its not as if she is lying about it.

They should have at least offered you a refund of 1/365th of the price you paid ;)

Actually, they got extra, so perhaps have invoiced for the extra numeral. :D
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

Ahhh he was sooooo rude, it got my back up. And yes he admitted the problem several times and not once did he apologise.

The diaries are lovely, they really are.

Thanks for being in my corner:D

    I think we're alone now..........;)

Maybe the Manager (who incidentally now has his name and telephone number recorded on the Internet, at least three times, nice, huh?) in question thought it was a wind-up call...
