Why would he think it was a wind up call when she was complaining about a problem that the company already knew about????veruccasalt wrote: »Maybe the Manager (who incidentally now has his name and telephone number recorded on the Internet, nice, huh?) in question thought it was a wind-up call...:cool:be who you are and say what you feel.

Ahhh he was sooooo rude, it got my back up. And yes he admitted the problem several times and not once did he apologise.
The diaries are lovely, they really are.
Thanks for being in my corner:D
I think we're alone now..........;)
No - we get it! We just think there's more things to get riled about than one numeral in a diary extra.
Each to their own!If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -

IMO-Over reaction to the problem.
You are intitled to request a full-refund. He is intitled for his items back because when you have your refund you have no longer paid for the item, faulty or not faulty. Obviously, its important to you to remove personal identifying data before sending but that doesn't stop you returning your faulty diary almost intact.
Please provide the posting that someone has complained to you about your recommendation to Organise Mum because I wish to see the context rather than an edited version. Many thanks0 -
