A weekend sounds lovely. My oh is only really around at the weekend to do things and sometimes hes working away so we don't have much time to spare.

If the only time you're spending together at the minute is taken up by the wedding it's going to start causing problems & leave you both stressed. Take some time out together and then during the week you can bottom-out things that dont require his input xxx

When I was planning the last wedding i did pretty much everything as we didn't have much time to get things ready. This time its even shorter notice than before my oh wants to be more involved this time.

He doesn't get any time off or anything so we've not even sorted out the honeymoon which has caused arguements with my mum.

    Hi All,

Whats with all these wobbles at the moment, now i'm having one over my Bm's dress.

    This is her dress http://www.phase-eight.co.uk/fcp/product/warehouse//Rosie-Belted-Dress/201568313

I loved it when we choose it, but now i'm worrying if it's bridesmaidy enough:( She has this fasinator http://www.phase-eight.co.uk/fcp/product/phase-eight/Hats-&-Fascinators/Georgia-Fascinator/702551989 which matches the pink in her dress. I don't know what sandles she has yet as she has not got them, I've sent her money for them but she's not gone shopping yet. The other thing is, she said it would fit a bit better if she lost a few pounds which she said she would do, but when I saw her the other week if anything she was a bit bigger:( So i'm also worried that in the heat if she has not lost any weight it will be even tigher & look funny. I never dreamed I would be worrying about things like this:eek:

Fawny I still love that dress :) I went to a wedding last year where the bridesmaids were in something similar & it looked fab.

But anyway, nobody will be looking at her, all eyes will be on you ;) xx

Had my wedding hair trial today :D absolutely loved what he did! Buying some "hair spins" to add a bit of sparkle to the front/elsewhere in the hair and the curls will be slightly tighter on the day (pics taken almost 5hrs after trial)

Here's the back, and the rest of the pictures are on my photobucket album

hi guys!! sorry Ive not been around! After my manic dress shopping trip I went to London for a film convention. But Im back today :)

    ha ha OK...I went for......................DRESS 2.

LOl I know not all of you liked that one, but I tried it on again and I just loved it lol I felt too 'normal' in the third dress. (although it was still very pretty!)

And dont worry...all those girls who feel like they are flying solo in this thing. I am too! I ahve been planning this wedding for about 2 years! lol The ONLY job my OH has had in that entire time is to write his speech...which he still hast done yet. Ive planned EVERYTHING, but I understand that some jobs he just cant do, and its kind of 'if you want a job doin right...you do it yourself) I dont mind all that much because he is supportive when I ask his opinions (i.e the dress) he said it doesnt matter how much it costs aslong as you are happy etc
So I know sometimes its REALLY hard to fly solo, but just imagine how proud you will feel when its all done. Its something YOU did!

Also about more wedding dress jitters. I know all about that now! lol The reason you are probably not enthusiastic is because of the dress! I felt like that...I worried and worried and worried...and once I found the dress I actually love, im so freakin excited to get everything else sorted now!

Bridesmaids dress from Phase eight...LOVELY! dont ever worry its not 'bridesmaidsy' enough. You pass a girl in a ress a bouquet and she turns into one instantyl!

look at this array of mix and match dresses...add flowers and youve got yourself some bridesmaids!

Dont worry about the dress its lovely, as for how it fits, im having that myself...One of my bridesmaids is due with her second baby 3 weeks after our wedding LOL she is never going to fit a bump in the type of dress we have so im not sure what we are going to do yet. But it happens :)

Roz...Hair is GORGEOUS! im having mine pretty similar. I went for my trial and im having majority of the hair down in curls and a tiny bit at the back with a purple flower :) looks lovely!

Sorry if Ive missed anyone Im doing a rush post as I have catch up to do with family birthdays, cake enquiries etc from when I was in London.

Thanks for asking about me XD xx

    Thank-you :D

aww we all worry about bits like that. I often worry about even smaller things, but you have to remember hundreds and thousands of brides say 'it doesnt really matter on the day'. You will wonder why on earth you stressed about things when the day is over with because your just so caught up being happy becoming a Mrs.
I read it ALL the time on blogs. So Ive just kinds shrugged other things off and concentrate on getting me and Adam sorted for the day. Everything else will get sorted out, and if it doesnt, no-one will even notice anyway LOL xx
