I'm so so amazingly proud and in awe of my mum who's finished hand-sewing 2,000 tiny seed beads onto my veil.

It looks AMAZING and is absolutely perfect!

    Pictures here and here

    thank you, mum!

Thanks for the congrats, but I really enjoyed doing it. In fact, I feel totally at a loss now - nothing to do in the evening!

Actually, I think I am now progressing to making tissue paper flowers - aaarghhh!

Hi all, hope you all had a lovely Easter!

Welcome to the thread katie1812, and welcome back vpb23 - you must have been on before as you're already on the list on the first post! Katie, you have now been added. :D

I'm sorry that you're having a hard time of dress shopping Natalie; can't give you any advice but I hope you do get it sorted soon. *fingers and toes crossed*

I also belong firmly in the "Waaaaay behind on the To Do List" camp! :o This week I will be brave and get to it...

Ditto on the way behind list but been making progress got things done this week FINALLY AFTER MONTHS got confirmation that a registrar will attend at that time and date and location we want.:D At the same time found out that florist had lined up doesn't do it any more:( after walking around towns going in to the local florists may who wouldn't do what I wanted cause it was :money:and then told me what alturnatives there were as they weren't that in season to which I pointed out that was rubbish I'm a gardener I do know what's in season! They then pointed out that they wouldn't be able to get hold off that type of flower again rubbish. Also they couldn't deliver the flowers to me and suggested on the day I come and pick them up! Hello I going to be doing other things on my wedding day!

Anyway then found another florist who whilst not the cheapest in fact probably the most expensive (only other florist in the area) would deliver although charged (it's about and hour away so unstandible) gave me rough prices was able to get what I wanted showed me pictures of what they'd done before. had worked at my venue before and had excellant flowers. So going with them she also said to bring pictures in of what I'd like and we'd work from there so happy:).

Rant over would like to say hi to all newbie and Fiona did you get everything sorted!
