This seems like an awfully sneaky way of getting extra free money. I suspect you are not going to be doing any real work on Ebay. It is just a con - fraudulent is the word that springs to mind.
Maybe you'd have approved more if it could have funded your mortgage eh?I'd be very interested to hear the answer to this. Tidy little scam if you can get the tax payer to continue paying your mortgage for you. I suspect that your loans and grants given to you in respect of your University course will be taken into account when awarding means tested benefits.
