Joozymup, you have misunderstood me. I meant that it's a concern if you have to deal with CS so often. I buy a lot of things online. Generally speaking you would expect to be able to make a purchase without having to speak to CS. Occasionally you may have to speak to CS. But speaking to CS on a regular basis leads me to think there is something wrong with the service that Company is providing.

It sounded like you were fairly well acquainted with a couple of the ladies at Joules CS and I thought you would have mentioned to them in one of your chats that you have posted on MSE and if you've not then I'm wrong in what I said earlier. If I have caused offence I do apologise, it was certainly not my intention.

Well done on the free bag. It's what this site is about, money saving, and you can't do much better than getting something for nothing.

My bag has arrived!!! It's huge and it's the Brookes bag...definitely not a handbag unless you want to take your kitchen sink with you. It has the delicious leather smell, reminiscent of riding saddles. Gorgeous bag, my Mum will love it.
