Dear fellow Joules shoppers...I'm ashamed to say that I took myself off to Salisbury today purely to pay a visit to the Joules shop. Bought a pair of jeans that look amazing with knee boots, a gorgeous blue shirt and the tweed jacket that I mentioned in the first post. I didn't stop there, nope, up the stairs to the children's section, a few bags later I was begging the staff to kick me out! I will control myself once they remove the sale!!! I left heaps of stuff behind though. There was the cutest tweed field jacket for an 8 year old for £23..I so wished it had been for an 11 year old, I'd have snapped it up at once. Anyway hope you guys all got fab bargains and I will stop posting err...posts about Joules' sales now....(until the next Joules sale..yay!!)! x0

My husband would be most grateful if you would stop posting about the sales :rotfl: But please, carry on........:beer:0

Hee! hee! Huge apologies to your husband...!!! But in our defence, this is what January is for..I mean we are buying great bargains at a fraction of what they might have cost his credit card otherwise. He should be grateful that you're frugal enough to buy during the sale..and if all else fails, we can always sell it all on ebay for a profit. I mean your Holborn bag and my Dulwich bag is going for heaps more than what we paid for it....he could look on it as an investment perhaps??? :T
I'm sorry your bag went down further in the sale but you know what, it could easily have gone out of stock and you'll have missed out. I saw the emerald in the shop and it really is a lovely colour, you did well. Thanks for always being there when I post 'Joules'..I'm really new to MSE and it's always great to know I have back up!!! :beer:0

I was after some boots but they were out of stock on line so I rang customer services, who I may say were very helpful. They gave me telephone numbers of big stores around the country and I have managed to track down the boots. Ok postage is £3.50 per order, any size but I have got what I wanted.
 It's a shame I can't use any discount code though 0 0

You could always ask Customer Services, they are usually very obliging???0

I'm a bit annoyed now then as had to phone my order through. I asked about the delivery code and she said it was only valid on full price items.
Just checked another order I phoned through a couple of weeks ago and the same happened. Thought i'd got free delivery as i'd spent over the 55 but they charged me. 0 0

Definitely call them back and complain. I'm certain they will help..honestly speak to Claire or Mel, both have been really helpful to me. Please let me know how it goes. 0 0

Oh flippin' 'eck - I ordered another Holburn bag this morning for my colleague (leaving present). I phoned to check it was in stock still and it was. Now my order is saying back ordered again and I probably won't receive it. Second time this has happened. And I used the £10 of £50 code - anyone know if they'll honour the code even if the most expensive item doesn't arrive (since it's their fault)?0
