my marina sweatshirt has arrived - i'm so pleased with it!! It's definitely not a 'heavier weight' jersey (in fact I'd say it's good for spring, not winter) but it's so soft and stretchy and is quite long which you don't usually get from tops these days. It's also a nice fit and is a size 8 which makes me feel a bit better about myself! lol! I would never have paid £45 for it but for £14.70 it was an absolute bargain!!
I was after the caramel bag but now out of stock . .
I think I might head to our nearest outlet store soon, love the loose fit polos. The latest collection is lovely but much too expensive. Everyone has been complaining about it on their FB page but they don't seem to respond. Just sales shopping for me 0 0

I emailed them about my in-stock out-of-stock problem and they refunded my postage as an apology (& bag been dispatched now). Yay!0

Went into my local Joules store yesterday - not a huge amount left, but managed to pick up...
pair of girls wine coloured glossy wellies for £6.60
a girls pink check duffle coat for £17.70
 boys polo shirt £7.50
Could have gone mad but I'm on maternity leave, so can't afford to. SA said she only found out about the 70% off the day it started and was abit surprised by it, as Joules haven't done it before. 2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017 SA said she only found out about the 70% off the day it started and was abit surprised by it, as Joules haven't done it before. 2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017
Weight loss the old style way challenge - 7/14lbs :j0

Does back ordered generally mean sold out so I won't get my bag? I've not ordered from the Joules sale before and I've never come across this. Also I placed an order on Monday and that still says placed on the status which seems a bit slow. I thought it would at least be at a picking stage now. Is it normal? Thanks for any Joules tips. I'm a Boden girl usually but have exhausted their sale and they have whacked their prices up for the new season so I'll not be bothering with them for a while.0

They do seem to be having a bit of a problem with their stock levels sadly. I ordered my bag over the telephone with their next day courier service. I phoned them at 7.58am just as they opened, even they hadn't realised the prices had been reduced again, then I posted on here. I waited in the following day for my caramel bag that simply didn't arrive so at 4.30pm I called CS only to be told that it hadn't been despatched and there was no stock available. You can imagine how angry I was waiting in all day and nobody had had the decency to call..a day wasted! I insisted on speaking to a manager (Jill) who offered the emerald bag to me in it's place, or offered to discount the NEW holborn bag although not to the same price. Instead, I finally chose to go with the emerald and she gave me £30 of instore vouchers by way of an apology and a free next day delivery. I chose to have the bag delivered in store to avoid the hassle of waiting around for a courier who may or may not show up. The bag should arrive today, I'll keep you guys posted!
My advice shoe*gal is to call their CS, insist on speaking to the manager and let her know how disappointed you are especially being a first time customer. Good luck and keep us all posted..:D0

P.S. Apparently according to Joules CS, on a sale item, it shouldn't even be coming up with 'back order'.0

joozymup, I'm a bit puzzled how you know their customer services so well if Joules is such a good company and you don't work for them - I'd assumed you worked for them up until you saying not. I'm also acquainted with their customer services because I had problems checking out and then I receved one of the pink Dulwich bags on the other Joules thread with black spots on it. They took several days to reply to my first email only to ask if I had phoned them in the meantime and had the problem sorted! Their checkout was a nightmare and I thought I may have been charged multiple times so it was not good to be kept waiting best part of a week to be told I'd only been charged once.0

Hi, don't be puzzled, I've been shopping with Joules a long time now. I have had heaps of issues with Joules in the past some of which I have mentioned on previous posts however I always find what makes a company really stand out is, how well they deal with you when things go wrong, as they do from time to time. To date, I have always been treated with courtesy, friendliness and a willingness to put things right. Clearly I'm not as patient as you, I wouldn't have waited the best part of a week, I will get on the phone to them rather than email, it always takes a while for any company to return emails, I like to have things resolved immediately. I hope you have managed to get everything sorted out now. I hope you have managed to get everything sorted out now.
I really do not know that much about Joules, I'm a friendly, happy person and I always chat to people which includes Joules instore and Joules CS on the phone which means they relax and you get more from them. My advice on here is what I, personally would do and is an honest, unbiased opinion of Joules, I have no links with them whatsoever. My posts on here have highlighted deals with Joules, M & S, John Lewis alike..I, like most people on here, do this to bring attention to bargains which might help someone out...period! Hope this clears things up for you? :beer:0

Oh heck..so my order for next day delivery still hasn't even been despatched yet. To be honest I'm not sure the CS staff have any idea what is going on in their own warehouse. A call from a manager, assures me that she will personally have it despatched this afternoon. My advice...shop instore during the 70% sale in future..online is just too much hassle! Oooh and check your own bag orders directly with them. Something tells me that they will deliver the bag to those who kick up a fuss first and others who don't will be left disappointed!0

Mine all arrived today. All lovely, friend will be so pleased with her bag and purse (she drools over mine!). The Chocadoodle arm warmers are gorgeous (I umm-ed and ahh-ed about getting them at full price)...... And the socks are nice, but I'm not sure I would ever in a million years pay full whack for them (they're now showing at £12 for 1 pair!! I buy 5 pairs for £2 in Primark usually lol!!).0
