Tried registering online and got "Paperless Billing" ticked as a default; not sure I wanted that so tried to untick it but it wouldn't. So I gave them a ring. They said that there had been a lot of IT problems with the on line process. (as this thread so far shows!!). They scheme actually starts on Feb 1st and that you can register by phone from then. That's what I'll do (the guy also said that registering by phone has the advantage that they expliain it all to you by phone and you can ask questions too.)0

No extra points but did get 100 points for installing there toolbar from Nectar which I uninstalled straight away

Thats the message I kept getting so I gave them a ring, apparently there is a problem with registering some accounts so they took my Nectar card number and promised to ring me back within 5 days.0 -
