Claire I ordered a load of stuff on New Look's website and then took back what I didn't want to the shop. I love the jeans I got and the onesie & joggers, but some of the cheaper tshirts don't wash magnificently. Loads more stuff on the website than a) in store b) most other places. Did get very tempted by Asos though, and some stuff on/in H+M.

Had more stretching pain through the night and today. Had to use a heat pack low down on my pelvis, it's been so sore. Used a bump band after a warm bath this afternoon and I think the combination helped, but early in to bed for me - just to change position as much as anything else :o Been a right moody hormonal cow this arvo too, way too hungry too, so a dangerous combo for hubby! :o

23+3 (still doesn't seem possible that it can really be true!)

Ooh I didn't even think of h&m thanks will have to look there!

I was going to order off the new look website too but I thought if the size 10s were so big I can't see the 8 fittting either & they don't do 6. I've never been a 6 on the bottom though, it's really weird! My hips even match their size 10size chart for goodness sakes!

eBay is my friend for maternity tops at the moment! Picked up a few bundles for £3 or less, all excellent quality & hardly worn. Trousers I found Debenhams were good for plain black work ones & jeans I'm still struggling with (always did before bump though)

Yeah to be honest I've never bought or fitted new look jeans before so not sure why I thought they'd fit me now lol! They've never been big one though just didn't fit right.

Might check out eBay then too!

Hi all, I'm back from France. What happened to the weather while I was away? The riviera was much more relaxing than Paris thankfully, but I still found I got tired a lot and couldn't walk much with my back.

I woke early and saw the above posts, so I've just spent the last hour going through bundles of size 14/16 clothes on eBay. Hopefully I'll win a couple of the bids and get my first maternity clothes soon. However I think I might need to go to some shops and try on trousers/jeans to see what brands and sizes actually fit me. Also a lot of the stuff on there is summery and we'll need autumn and winter clothes.

So where have people found the best under the bump maternity jeans?

I have just been counting up what we have spent so far  even with getting things on sale, special offer, free cycle and gifts we have spent a small fortune and I still have a few big bits to buy and a whole heap of little things, many of which I have probably not thought of yet

It has been a fine balance between saving for maternity leave and buying things as we go along and I think I need to look at the figures again :( None of the things we have bought have been frivolous or fun either all just the bare essentials. I had forgotten how expensive babies are :o

Back to creating lists and hunting for bits and pieces to ebay!

Morning ladies! Well, I guess it's afternoon now!

I've had some under bump jeans from primark, didn't want to spend a lot, £11 each. A little bit loose at the mo, so using a belt with then! V comfy and soft though.
H&m only seemed to have over bump, which felt ridiculous ATM!
My jeggings I'd already got are ok, until the evening when I'm more bloated.

Got a couple of nice jumpers from new look maternity section, not tried their jeans though.

Ordered some t shirts and jeans from asos, all but one t shirt got sent back. The jeans were soooo long!

Hate jean shopping at the best of times!

Very windy and cold here today, might just stay in and chill out today.
