Eugenie has been blabbing to all and sundry for months too... and I thought I existed on the outskirts of humanity!!

TUT.... I am ashamed of you :p

I think you must have been on the daily mail website more than you say you have! I have no reason to be ashamed; I have lots more to concentrate on than keeping up with what colour pram Kate and wills have bought.

PMSL.. by doing what?? Holidays? Flash cars? Staff? Dumping their children on non-family members.. hhmm.. classy!

My ex pays more in tax than what we get so it kind of balances out.. I guess he pays for his children in one way or another.. and when you are old and useless and a burden on society my children will be providing your health care and pension

And so will mine and many other peoples children who weren't raised on benefits and their parents taxes were used to pay for schools, hospitals police, other peoples benefits etc. If you don't know how the Royal family serve the country just look on their official websites and see the engagements they carry out every day.

So Kate is rich but why call her a !!!!! unless for some unexplicablereason you think that all rich females are !!!!!es.

Oh my! There was no need for that, you seem to attract some peculiar "fans" pigpen.

I'm a socialist and a republican, but I did shed a tear or two earlier... I blame the hormones! :rotfl:

As for the travel system, I'm absolutely dreading going shopping for it. DH is sooo particular and finds faults with every one we've seen / used for nephew  He's going to be a nightmare to come to a consensus with.

I don't really keep up with the royal family as such but I do think they bring a lot to the economy, I don't think Britain would get half the international interest it does without them.

I was shocked it was an 8 1/2 pounder! Thought she looked tiny! Then again she is pretty tall. Just goes to show you can't predict baby size by bump size! Nope, not in denial at all that I'm going to end up with a crumper.....

I'm tall and my bump is fairly small, compared to my friend who is 4 weeks further on. At my 20 week scan, I measured on the larger side of average, if that's anything to be read into!

I must have eaten more wheat than I thought I had at the weekend, my bump appears to have deflated a little, not that it was especially big in the first place.

OH is being vile still, he has gone to sleep in the spare room. I refused to even look at him so he didn't see the tears he caused by being horrid. Apparently I should have helped him to make the salad he makes everyday for his lunch...None of which was for me I should add. Hrumph! Which of us is meant to be hormonal?

Zippy - Exciting news about your travel system! Do you mind sharing which one you've chosen? I've been through about 10 already which is stupid. I've probably wasted £0000's. We bought the Phil and Teds Navigator recently which will be the double (DS will be 24 months when she is born and has been walking since 9 months but he loves being in a pushchair). For the moment, I'm using a Quinny Zapp for short trips out and when she is born I'll be taking the seat off and just using the chassis for my car seat. I am a one of the bad parents who keeps their baby in a car seat for more than 5 minutes ;)
Course not :) here it comes in black too. I think for the amount of time we'll actually use it as a pram, it'll do just the job. Lightweight and could steer easily with one hand etc. and good height for both me &DH.

I think it's like wedding dresses, you never see "the one" when you specifically go shopping for it, but when you're not really looking... ;) I can't see any Which reviews our anything telling me it's terrible and the reviews I've seen for it/similar are good, so I'm happy with the choice (and I have a few weeks to change my mind ;)) and more importantly DH has fallen in love with it lol :p

As for Kate's baby saga, I feel sorry for them more than interested in heating/seeing the latest - I can't imagine being under that much international scrutiny! _pale_ I am surprised at the size of bubs compared to her though ;)

Vic, I thought it would be a boy too, and avoid tabloids etc like the plague ;)

Definitely feeling some movement each nighttime now (have been suspecting movement for about a week, but feeling more confident as time's gone on ;)) :D I'm (almost :p) sure I felt a kick on my hand tonight too! I really did think it was too early for all this tho, for a first baby at least?

I've been feeling movement for a couple of weeks now and this is our first baby. Everyone keeps telling me that it's too early and I can't possibly be feeling anything, but I have a tiny frame and I know the kicks I'm feeling are definitely not indigestion. Enjoy them they'll get stronger :)
