Apologies for my absence - have been struggling a little on the run up to the 20 week scan, and was a complete mess yesterday.
But all was well after all that!
We're team yellow
It was the same sonographer that gave us the bad news last year, and it brought back so many awful memoriesI think I am finding the scans much harder as that is where I received the bad news. And that upset me in itself, as it should have been something I was excited for and enjoyed.
I'm glad its all ok tho, and hopefully I can calm down a little now. I have a lovely couple of pics to look at. And it wriggles and kicks so much now which is such a blessing. DH felt it for the first time on Thursday too which was fab.
Lily - Hope you aren't gonna keep us in suspense, lol!!
Anyone want to see some more bump paintings? I've done a few more - its really taking off :j:j:j
Yay for a good scan. CongratsDS born November 2013 :smileyhea0 -

Sooo...I know the sex of my baby
Lily, your post made me do a little laugh/cry combo that has terrified my DH! You better be prepared to share! :rotfl:
Abis, I can't imagine how difficult it must have been in the run up to your scan, and with the realisation that it was the same location and sonographer. I'm so pleased you've got good news and piccies now though, and YEY to more bump picsI hope you feel much more able to enjoy your pregnancy now, it must feel amazing to get so many wriggles and kicks.

Congratulations lily that's wonderful news xxxxFirst baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140 -
Got my second anomaly scan tomorrow, hopefully this time winegum will let them check her head, baby was stubborn last time and wouldn't move position. On the plus side means instead of having to do a full day at work I'm only having to do 2 hours
due to the time of the appointment and the fact hospital is about an hour and a half away from where I work, so a lovely short day for me tomorrow
