I've been told the best thing for stretch marks is bio-oil. It works wonders on scars, so I might give that a go as I still have a bottle from when I had an operation 4 years ago.

I've not been to collect my bounty pack, I'm loathe to give them my details as I don't want loads of junk through my door. If a woman approaches me in the labour ward from them she will be not so politely being told where to go.

Tick the box where it says 'no third party offers' .. I've never had a problem at all. I've had a letter about starting a baby trust fund and a couple about life insurance..

The child benefit forms are in the hospital bounty pack..

Or can be downloaded from the internet with great ease.

I still get regular phone calls (for my husband surprisingly enough) from Bounty and get stuff from the post. I don't need or want anything Bounty offer so will be declining their schpeel this time around.

I gave Bounty one of the phone numbers that those PPI spammers have texted me on when I filled in their forms.

Only use if you have a printer though as they don't accept online applications.. or didn't a few months ago.

I have never had a phone call from them in.. 22 years.. apart from the time the picture files were corrupt and they did pics at a reduced cost and threw in the cd with them on for free.

Ooh clever idea re: ppi telephone number :)

I've upped my water intake and now am not getting as many headaches in the evening. I can now also feel where little one is just above my pubic bone, I couldn't feel that the other week. I have an app on my phone which says baby is the size of a lemon now, I can't quite imagine a small person the size of a lemon it's so surreal.

Apologies for my absence - have been struggling a little on the run up to the 20 week scan, and was a complete mess yesterday.

But all was well after all that!

    We're team yellow :D

It was the same sonographer that gave us the bad news last year, and it brought back so many awful memories :( I think I am finding the scans much harder as that is where I received the bad news. And that upset me in itself, as it should have been something I was excited for and enjoyed.

I'm glad its all ok tho, and hopefully I can calm down a little now. I have a lovely couple of pics to look at. And it wriggles and kicks so much now which is such a blessing. DH felt it for the first time on Thursday too which was fab.

Lily - Hope you aren't gonna keep us in suspense, lol!!

Anyone want to see some more bump paintings? I've done a few more - its really taking off :j:j:j
