This baby has either been kicking me repeatedly in the same spot OR I'm just need a poo so much it's hurting my entire abdomen. Which is likely. I never realized poo could hurt so much. And it will only get worse. W was lying In bed last night with the boyfriends hand on my stomach and he thinks he felt a kick. I'm convinced he is becoming attached to baby Joshua even though he isn't the father.
I'm slowly moulding him into one though
He's gone home this morning so after a blissf 2 days of company I'm alone for another week
You know, I had no pregnancy symptoms ie morning sickness so i still don't feel pregnant. If Joshua doesn't kick when I expect him too I have to prod him to Check he is still thereMoney money money.

Happy new weeks ladies!
I ended up in labour ward yesterday. Good news is that I'm not leaking amnio fluid anymore but am leaking some sort of fluid mixed with discharge. The gynae said not to worry, it's something to do with the cells on my cervix being different to normal. It can be affected by puberty, birth control and other things.
My BP was low on admission so I had to be monitored for a while which was booooring but they fed me up and got me a lovely cup of coffee
I do need to go for a GTT in May though
Also waiting on some results from my urine, they think I have a viral infection which explains the head cold.
Thomas got mad with the doppler too and tried to kick it off LOL!Wife and mother :jGrocery budget

Hi all, hope everyone is well. I am feeling a lot better now, i am trying to concentrate on the positives, even though i heard for definate that my name is in the redundancy hat at work. Last in, first out, and all that! oh well, i'm sure that it'll be ok, i am just trying to keep smiling. I am 16 weeks today and can't wait until i can feel it moving, i'm hoping that i'll feel it soon. I can't wait to actually feel pregnant!0

Ecoelle - have you told your employers you're pregnant? I think there are really strict rule about redundancy during pregnancy (redundancy rules are quite tight anyway).
Forumgrazer - Well done telling your bosses. When you said small company, waiting for both directors to be there, gouge upstairs to see them: I seriously thought you were me for a second! Don't think mine are over the moon but they knew it was coming one day. They've probably been expecting it for the past few years. We haven't talked about leave and things like that yet. I'm pretty sure you don't have to formally notify them until 24ish weeks but I would want to talk about it before then as think it's unfair for them to know I'm going at some point but no clue when.
I saw the midwife today and got to listen to baby's heartbeat :j0 -

Hi everyone, been AWOL again, sorry! I just struggle to get on here.
Right I've read back but have the memory of a nit so sorry for not commenting specifically. Good to see so many scans having been done and lots of happy pregnant mums. I'm 18w3 and looking forward to the next scan on 1 April.0 -
Sequeena sorry to hear about your hosiptal visit - hopefully now that they have determined specifics they can monitor things even closer for you and you will feel more relieved. I really hope you feel better and this gets sorted once and for all.
Ecoelle try not to think about it - work surely can't add you to that list on anything apart from skills. Stay positive and we're all hoping you will be ok.
Bella have a great day off and enjoy yourself, nice and sunny out there!
Abby lovely that your OH is so close and even though you have a week apart it sounds like you have had a brilliant couple of days.
Going to do some DIY today as I love shabby chic style, my tv unit is nearly finished, time to finish my remaining 3 dining room chairs...:):)

Its a lovely day here too Apricot, In my head I am full of the joys of spring and feel like I want get loads done today, but my body says otherwise! Bad back and general tummy aches, my OH keeps telling me off for trying to bend to pick things up as I tend to get stuck! :rotfl:
Abbey, I hope your pains have gone, do you drink lots of water? I had quite bad tummy pains, and my MW said Its often due to constipation, so told me to try up the drinks and see if that helps x
I saw my MW on Thurs and got my MATB1 form, so on Monday im going to start looking into when I can finish work, I know its a bit early, but I will have 30 days A/L to take before mat starts, so it might end up being May, Cant wait!
Hope everyone is well xxLiving as simply as we can
