I felt like the baby was turning on Saturday it really took me by surprise, nothing since then
but had felt what seemed like popcorn popping once or twice before the big movement.

The midwifes don't take much notice of lack of regular movements till 24 weeks as there's no real pattern as bubs is so small xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

No movements for me yet. In fact aside from being ravenously hungry I feel like a normal non-pregnant me!0

I have to share that I am quite jolly today as because of my BMI I am not allowed to gain too much weight, I weighed myself today and in the 8 weeks since I last saw the midwife (got my 16wk tomorrow) I have only gained 1lb! phew! no telling off for me!!
Im wondering how much weight everyone else has gained so far if you don't mind me asking?
p.s we have also 100% decided on namesEverything is always better after a cup of tea0 -
I'm 18 weeks and have lost half a stone, mostly due to morning sickness though  My BMI is over 30 still though (just) so I'm not too worried, I have plenty of reserves for Beanie to use up.
I've got the consultant this afternoon so going to ask about calories etc, as I really don't want to gain any more than is necessary for baby to be safe, plus I'm struggling to eat anywhere near normal sized portions still, even though my MS is now gone. Don't want to force myself to eat if it's not necessary, it's taken me years to break the habit of eating when not hungry.
We have a shortlist of 2 names for each, plus middle names picked out. I know which one I prefer from each list though, so I suspect that's what we'll go withLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
I never got weighed at my booking review so no idea??? I don't look as though I have put on weight though except for a bump appearing!
I have 2 girls first names and a middle name and 1 boys frist name and a 99% certain middle name.:jBaby Boy born December 20120 -

You don't need any extra calories till last trimester littlemoog, and then it's only 200-300 calories a day xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Have you lost a stone through healthy eating or diminished appetite ikkle?
Neither lol, I still eat plenty, although I do love ham salad sarnies and fruit at the minute, but it just seem's to be going, I'm not complaining as I was tubby to start with.
My OH is the complete opposite and was 11 stone when I got my BFP and he has more of a baby bump than I do lol although he hasn't gained weight either. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I know I don't need any extra, but I'm struggling to eat my maintenance level of calories most days, so want to check if it's ok to stay 250-500 under that for the moment rather than force myself to eat when I don't want it! At least I would if I ever get into the clinic, been waiting 45 mins past my appointment time already :mad:Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
