  • Good luck snoopy - I had mine at 4pm on a Friday!!! On the plus side though, all the reception staff had gone home so photos were free :rotfl:

A cheese shop - why on earth don't I know about this already?? It's a date anyway!! lol I don't needpersuading.

So so so excited for later, just can't believe we have to wait all day for it! What sort of time is 3:50 for a scan???? x x

Firstly - fingers crossed for Laura - try not to run through the worst-case scenarios until you know for sure... got everything crossed for you.

And secondly - do I win if I mention we have a CHEESECAKE shop near us? (And boy oh boy does it do sexy cheesecakes!) Much better than cheese!

As much as I could quite happily tuck into a cheesecake right now, I am afraid cheese wins every time! x x

We are going back for a scan with a consultant on Monday morning and will have our bloods done then too. The midwife has put my mind at ease as she said everything else was fine so unlikely to be anything wrong, and neither of us have CF in our families so very very unlikely to be that. She thinks it will just be one of those things that will go on its own so feeling a lot more positive xx

Had my appointment at EPU this morning and they said everything is fine!

Had some more bleeding this morning so was very worried and it was a relief to be told all is ok.

They did a scan and said baby is fine, no bleeding in the uterus and all ok. They said I will probably have more bleeding and not to worry unless it gets VERY heavy or has clots.

Plus they did my dating scan at the same time ( which was booked in for later today anyway ) and measured at 13wks 1 day so a little ahead to where we thought ( had scan at 7+3 ) and due date changed to 13/06.

They also said that as I am 13wks with heart beat and baby moving and growing on track that it is very unlikely I will have a problem. The nurse said she deals with 360+ cases a month at EPU for bleeding and 90% are nothing to worry about!

Anyway here is my scan (hope this works!)
