Hi ladies, been away for a few days. Hope today goes well Lisa, Laura I've read back, glad you're keeping positive, I'm a strong believer in hope, a friend of mine (mum of 3) said that with every pregnancy she'd had something to worry about at varying stages from scares to babies measuring small and large and she has three happy healthy children, markers can improve, time for growth can move things on and change situations and I've been keeping this in mind throughout x

Does anyone have any nice weekend plans? Wanted to get my tree up but we're getting some flooring fitted next week so DH says it will be so messy I have to wait! To be honest I'm looking forward to just chilling out, have travelled the length and bredth of the UK these last six weeks delivering six training events so I'm pooped and tidying might just have to wait!

Thanks Lisa, feel loads better now, was just a big shock. Enjoy your scan today, are you going to find out the sex?

Lovely picture Snoopy, its so clear! How big was baby? I wondered if mine was a little on the small side at 15.4cm, but then the estimated weight was 324g so certainly not under weight! I think its probably just because I'm 5.1 and OH is 5.9 so we aren't the tallest people in the world :o

    Love to you all xx

Oh I am not sure - all we were given was a letter stuck in my notes, that shows some measurements, but none that I can tie up to what you know, andcertainly no weight on there! Gutted now, want to know lol!

oooh good luck to glimmer too.

We're not finding out the sex. We could have known it 100% positive at 13 weeks due to the CVS testing we had done but we want a surprise. I like newborn babies in white anyway so I'm not bothered about being able to buy anything other than neutral stuff for the first few weeks at first.

On mine it has the size printed on the top on the scan picture, where your name etc are.

I agree with you on the newborns in white and cream Lisa :) What time do you go? x

My appointment is at 2.30pm. Getting butterflies now, a mixture of nerves and excitement I think! Will be leaving work in a few mins as I live a good way from work so need to go home and pick DH up and then attempt to get parked at the hospital....not generally the easiest thing to do here!!

I do have a few bits with colour on but they are in 0-3months so hopefully (assuming baby isn't too big) it will be past the really newborn tiny stage before I need those!

Sorry for butting in to your thread ladies, just visiting from up the road!

If you get your measurements out, see if you can spot which one is which, and have a look at this, which is a weight calculator. You should have enough measurements given on your sheet to work it out!

My measurements ranged between 18+4 and 21 weeks. Oh well, the sonographer was happy enough with them and it was the head that came back at 18+4 so might make it a bit easier to push out! :0)
