    Mornign everyone, Happy Friday!

We are getting our real tree this weekend.
Will get the lights outside the weekend after and decorate the tree during next week slowly.
Been wrapping Xmas presents slowly but surely the last few days slowly plodding through.
My baby is starting to respond to peoples voices - not ohs though in fact it doesnt seem to like him talking to the bump or touching the bump - hands taken off and I get kicked it was funny to start with but hes starting to get a bit huffy over it :s
Midwife in a week and a bit - still dont have the results from my quad test that where done over 6 weeks ago.
not much to report really getting a bump and getting kicked fairly often - starting to be able to identify where babys lying and it likes having its bum patted lol
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

Not having the quad test result is a good thing! Its when you get a phoncall within the first 7 days you need to worry!!

How far along are you? I'm feeling lots of movement but nothing definable yet, can't wait to feel actual kicks and stuff!

    22 and 3 :)
I got seriously excited about the flutters from about 15weeks, but from 20weeks its been much more intense(the day of my 20week scan seems to make the baby be angry and kick in protest lots for a while) and the last few nights ive had very definate thats a foot and thats an arm/elbow due to the way it feels and at the same time it couldnt be two feet :)
The lumpy bits is weird last night it was flipping over and being very cute - at 2am
The first night it was a defined kick i was just dozing off - hands on bump, waiting for oh to come in and my hand moved from the kick :)

The person the baby responds to most is the person who always makes a point of saying hello baby and talking to the bump whenever shes around - oh felt a bit silly doing it i think but now it definately gets excited around certain people if its been quiet for a while- definately not coincidental movement, although she been talking to my bump as if its a person since about 12weeks so its definately been used to her

Although baby seems to have learnt this week to burrow its head or bum into my lower left hand side when im walking and bounce or something as it hurts lol which made for an interesting walk round ikea lol

Aw, went away for work away from home for the night and when I returned DH had left me a note and some chocolate santas on my pillow and had bought trail mix because he'd read that the baby will soon be able to taste things and he loves banana chips and apricots and wants the baby to taste them too, he's a sweetheart and I'm so lucky to have him!
  • Got my scan on Tuesday and getting a little bit excited
    Hope everyone is well

Blimey it's quiet on here isn't it! DH came back from the Christmas Market as he'd been out volunteering for the day, he bought a really beautiful dreamcatcher for our little one, he's so thoughtful!

Dinner at MILs, amazing, I love homecooked dinners but don't make em myself, feeling really well at the moment and it shows with my enormous appetite!

Hope you're all well and gearing up for Christmas, 20 week scan in two weeks will be a lovely Christmas surprise if we can find out which team we're on, really getting excited now!
  • Hello everyone, bump, bump, bumping the thread (no pun intended) to wake everyone up!
    Hope everyone is well xx

Good luck to the other 2 girls who are having scans tomorow, I'm so excited about mine!
