i have today a class about posture in pregnancy to prevent back pain. it's in my local hospital so i am grateful they offer all of these classes.
hope it will give me lots of hints as I tend to get back pain on occasions...

i have also booked my flu vaccine - going a week today

Evening ladies, has anyone else seen the research thats just come out about having lowfat yoghurt in pregnancy? I dont eat any yoghurts at all as am dairy intolerant, but bless my nan, she rang me in a panic last night telling me not to eat it haha!
I`ve got my flu jab booked, not til the end of October tho! I had flu last yr for the 1st time, and dont ever want to get it again!

I feel fat now Haha! I was a 10/12 before falling pregnant, but the weight has piled on very quickly. Damn my sweet tooth and love for nesquik!

I think I've put about a stone on so far! I was a 12-14 before. But I was doing a lot of exercise and following a low-carb diet, etc etc. I haven't gone crazy with food since I got my BFP but I've been eating whatever I want. The weight gain seems to be mostly bump though, so far!

My boobs are getting rather big Haha. Bought some sport bra's from Primark to wear. Much more comfy.

Oh, and I had beans on toast last night. They are not agreeing with my tummy! I really shouldn't eat them ...
