I agree!! I have known others who have done well on Slimfast but I am not sure I would last long with it. I only managed my detox last year because i was staying somewhere extremely luxurious, could sleep lots when I was feeling pathetic and had lots of spa treatments too!
Good luck LB - toning up is my main goal at the mo as well! xx0 -
Thanks girls, I think it'll be slimfast one week, weight watchers next week etc etc, just different methods of controlling the cals but hopefully without getting bored with it

So far today I have done a Shred (still on level 1 but def getting easier), had a slimfast and going to have some peaches.
My kettlebell is tiny! The size of an apple, think I might return it for some proper weights!
Heres to a good day 10 -
Well yesterday went well, sticked to plan and did some exercise. I'm not sure if myfitnesspal is such a good thing after all as I spent HOURS last night looking through threads and success stories. Very very motivational but my eyes hurt when I went to bed!
Have done the Shred this morning, thinking of going for more slim shaker sessions...havent been running due to the rain (aye any excuse).
In other news I have had my official offer from Abu Dhabi!!! Its actually happening. The salary aint great but as I said I'm not going for the money. Its still very livable though. The only thing is the accomodation allowance is !!!!!!, wouldnt get me a cardboard box (accom is VERY expensive out there) so the agency are trying to negeotiate for me. How exciting
