I'm now thinking the refund will have to replace lost salary.
Today i have to contact Payroll to ask where my P60, it could be anywhere within NHSGGC.
Day 3 was a success, onto day 4 now :).
Been looking online reading up on protein shakes, still not sure if I should be taking them or not, lots of conflicting information out there!
Psyching self up to do the Shred
  • boooo on the refund filling in for missing salary :( but great news on Abu Dhabi! :j Hope the negotiation for better living allowance goes well, you will want to make the most of your life over there so every little will help :)

good luck with the shred :D I haven't done it in ages as am really getting on well with Davina (although I am eating like a pig so while I am toning up a treat, I still have flabby bits aplenty!) but am interested to see how the shred feels now my fitness is better :)

by protein shakes do you mean slimfast stuff, or are you talking about something else?
  • great news on the job front fingers crossed for you....

Glad that you managed to get a full refund on holiday although not good at having to make up for lost wages...

Well done on the health kick....gak to shakes but each to their own....I find the problem is staying motivated so a short 6 week goal sounds doable.

Hope you have a lovely weekend :)

Sleepy post nightshift. Got a wee bit of tax back which nearly maked up for a weeks of lost pay :).

One day I will get a refund (tax maybe or from the leccy peeps) and be able to buy something extravagant rather than putting it to debts/bills...

I had seen some theories online, no idea how people come up with them. I can look back and spot things but never really notice at the time!
