Well as part of the self improvement thingy i have been buying beauty treatments off groupon and similar sites. So have some facials, manicures and pedis to look forward to. Trying to get into the habit of making an effort everyday rather than only when I'm going to an event.

Have had no work this week, its rubbish. Ireally need to find a job now as I'm running out of money to pay my bills with!! Have no idea whats happening with UAE so maybe I should just forget the whole thing. The thought of life being just this and nothing else is quite depressing though, I really dont want to be here (this area/country I mean) unless there are major changes.

But hey trying hard to stay positive (its exhausting), going to the pictures tonight to see Hangover 2 woohoo! Think were going for food too :)

P.s also got mortgage statement in. Depressing.com!!!

I find this really depressing because as far as I remember you're a nurse. It's ridiculous that there isn't work for you, the health system needs people like you to be working in it. The Abu Dhabi thing probably will work but these things are so s.l.o.w to organize.

Re beauty treatments did you check out the Bold pamper treats offer. Here's a link to the post I wrote about it in

Mags I have no idea how I missed that! I remember reading that post too!!
Thank you very much, theres one I think I'll go for which is right next to my mums house, or maybe I should let my Mum have it...

Oh and yes I am a nurse :(. The thing is, I actually have a really good CV which I can adapt to suit different jobs. I can understand not getting a job after interview but the fact I'm not getting any interviews sucks!!

That does suck. And what's also bad is when you do send your cv in for a job and they don't even bother to send the "We'll keep your cv on file" rejection letter!

You head out tonight or are you watching Dr. Who? Heat tv review have said that the finale is really something special and amazing and to avoid spoilers at all costs.

Went to see The Hangover 2 yesterday, was sooo funny. Pretty much the same as the first one but a tad more far fetched :)

Today me and my friend went for a walk around Strathclyde Park and encountered rain/wind/sunshine, very strange weather day. We were sitting on the benches having lunch when a massive labrador trotted up and ate my friends sandwich!:rotfl:Again, very very funny, nearly did ROFL

Treated myslef to a kettlebell as part of my fitness plan starting tomorrow. This was out of the spedning money I had put by for my non holiday.

I've devised a 6 week plam, no reason for it being 6 weeks but its good to have a goal. I'm going to follow a different diet/meal plan every week tho they all amount to pretty much the same calories etc.

This week will be Slimfast week so two shakes a day, a meal for dinner and fruity snacks. I plan to Shred, kettlebell and run. May even swim too.

Hope to lose a stone and TONE UP

Will be back tomorrow with the days plan, one day at a time...

I like the different meal plan each week idea - I may steal that :p Healthy eating in week one for me plus 3 exercise sessions!
