Ahhh its just a cheapy dress from peacocks I'm afraid.

http://www.peacocks.co.uk/product/index.jsp?productId=4738711&prodFindSrc=paramNav Sorry dont know how to post pics on here! I am soo skint all my holiday stuff will be from peacocks/primarni/asda/new look etc. They all have nice things in dont get me wrong, just wish I could afford some 'quality' stuff...

    That dress is pretty!

Nothing wrong with peacocks etc. Don't have them here in Ireland, we have Primarni, New Look and Tesco. (we have other shops too obviously, those are just the cheap ones!)

I don't think there's much point in spending money on clothes for holidays. The weather is never good enough to wear them at home!

I would LOVE to have the money to have a really good quality capsual wardrobe though. Like black trousers, white shirt etc, really good jeans. No chance any time soon though!

For me, losing weight is relatively easy. I set myself a challenge and do my best to see it through. I have lost weight gradually over the past few years after getting to my biggest in 2008. I am quite short which (to me) made it even worse. My weight has been up and down and at present I am the 'lightest' I have ever been as an adult.

I still have a bit to go but am happy at this weight for now...thats where the problem is:

    MAINTAINING IS SOOOOOO HARD!!!

Its a million times harder than losing, realising that you will actually have to watch what you eat forever. There is no 'eating normally' it will always have to be controlled :(. Two of my friends are very slim, theyre not vain girls, dont exercise much etc but they eat when theyre hungry and stop when theyre full. I worry that I will never have that stop switch as I am usually enjoying the food too much to realise I've had enough. I remember when I was a teenager my Mum telling me that I just had the fat gene (most females from my Mums side are overweight), maybe thats true and I'll just have to constantly battle against it.

    Nothings easy eh?

I find when I am trying to lose weight I am in the 'zone' and have something to work to, it gets hard when that momentum goes :(.
My holiday isnt until next Tuesday bit I'm heading down south on Friday for the weekend beforehand :)

I find losing weight fairly difficult. I just lack motivation and don't have a whole lot of willpower. I am now the heaviest I've ever been - not great considering I'm getting married in 3 months!

I have been 3 stone lighter but I'd lost weight on the "break up diet", basically too heartbroken to eat so it wasn't very sustainable. Although I did keep it off for a while, I was working in retail so was on my feet all day. I actually had arm muscles from carrying stuff around.

I'm mostly doing GI diet at the moment and it's going well. Weekends are my downfall so it's a battle to keep on track.
