  • Hiya - Yes, I found that mixing AC vouchers and paying with points do not mix! The tills and their operators get very confused and you as the customer definately do not get the best deal. So I just keep my points spending and AC voucher use seperate to be safe. I had an experience like you with the hair mini, and noticed she was going to deduct loads of points and managed to stop her, but to undo the transaction took a supervisor in the end! HTH. ;)

if you use points to pay, does it disregard any AC machine vouchers and charge you full price anyway?
Yes - you don't earn points when redeeming points.

For freebies, put them thru the till as a separate transaction.

For instore promos - such as "3 for 2" or "BOGOF" - these should still work when redeeming points. :)

  • OMG not looked at this thread for ages & suddenly it's shot up! Without me trawling through everything is there any really good offers/freebies on at the moment? I got 2 lots of the free Hair products so far. Is there a link to all the offers? Thanks!

    Hi

I bought 3 of the R & M colour box sets 3 for 2 before Christmas but only gave 2 out as gifts.

If I took one back, how would they reimburse me?

    Regards

Anyone had problems taking No7 back. Wen to the one in oldham and they said that due to No7 having so many offers and me not having the reciept that I could only exchange for other No7 products. tried to explain that I had psoriasis and they all (make up and skin care) react. she was very apologetic, but could do nothing for me! I think it is very unfair.

Louise, i going to try and take back a No.7 product asap, but would have thought you could swop for any Boots products.

I read in another thread however, that No.7 consultants get paid commission, so that probably explains it. Will give Boots a ring first to check, and let you know how i get on.
  • Boots are doing these again:

Not sure if you need a £5 or a £10 spend because I spent more than £10.

If you have the receipt, you should be able to get a refund, but if you get a crabby SA they may insist on you bringing all 3 back.

If you try without a receipt you will get an exchange at the current selling price.

Maybe try at a small branch without a No7 counter?
