  • Hiya, if you say they're unwanted xmas pressies that would explain why you don't have a receipt. And if you're ready with stuff you want in exchange, it leaves less time for other 'helpful' SAs to stick their nose in and create difficulties :o . HTH.

I got a couple of ruby and millie manicure sets today, reduced from £12 to 6 each. I didn't get 500 points though. Should I have done?

    Thanks

Best policy would be to call customer services and explain the situation ...they tend to be very helpful and should be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi Boots Experts- By the way I am soo jealous of you all. I get so flustered when creeping around boots with my double buggy trying to negotiate their narrow aisles, armed with a handful of AC Machine and Parenting vouchers- not knowing how to figure out the correct combination of products without taking long enough for the babies to get restless!

Anyway, before xmas I got some vouchers for hair minis and a free radox product and my total bill was reduced from 12 xx to 9 xx when handing over the vouchers. I asked for my bill to be paid with accumulated AC points and 12 xx were deducted. In brief, I suppose I am asking- if you use points to pay, does it disregard any AC machine vouchers and charge you full price anyway?

    Thanks all!
