Keep us posted if anyone else uses the offer.

I got another five bottles of Golden Glow today in Chelmsford in conjunction with this offer

2 seperate Boots, one with only one pack of 31p razors and the other with no razors but 4 packs of the 59p hair removal Mitt

The advertising for the offer was up in both stores
Only time will tell if I am right or they are wrong

I was wondering if the body glow is classes as 'skincare'?
If it is, I believe they don't exchange skin care products????
Anyone know for sure? Or has anyone been sucessful in exchanging them as yet?
    LL
I think it classes as skincare (or maybe suncare). They declare "please keep the receipt and we will happily give you an exchange, giftcard or refund if you change your mind. Without the receipt, we'll give you an exchange. There are some exceptions and we'll always make this clear. For the safety of our ustomers we can't accept returned medicines, cosmetics or foods, unless faulty". So anyway you will be able to exchange it. :T

    Hi

I bought 3 of the R & M colour box sets 3 for 2 before Christmas but only gave 2 out as gifts.

If I took one back, how would they reimburse me?

    Regards

    Bloaty
I think colour box sets are classed as cosmetics, so SA may refuse to return it, though Sellingmesoul666 said she (or he :) ) didn't have any problems with an exchange  They don't accept returned cosmetics unless faulty.

Anyone had problems taking No7 back. Wen to the one in oldham and they said that due to No7 having so many offers and me not having the reciept that I could only exchange for other No7 products. tried to explain that I had psoriasis and they all (make up and skin care) react. she was very apologetic, but could do nothing for me! I think it is very unfair.

I think it's unfair too. Try to all customer services - usually they're really helpful, hopefully they'll add you some extra points for inonveniene or will send you Boots vouchers/giftcard as apologize. Next time try to say that it's unwanted present, so they shouldn't ask you for the receipt. Good luck!
  • Quick question :-

    Are Vitamins/supplements classed as 'medicines'??

I would like to exchange :- 'Boots Smart Omega 3 Fish Oil Chewable Capsules' (I don't have a receipt) - would I be allowed to exchange it, or would they say it's 'medicine' so thus preventing returns/exchanges??

Also if I could exchange , could I exchange for any product in boots or would it have to be for another 'boots' / vitamin product??
would appreciate a reply - thanksXX
  • Another question regarding exchanges without a receipt :-

What if the product you return is now part of a 3 for 2 offer? - but you only purchased one item?? would I get original cost for one product or would it be the total divided by 3???

    Thanks for any help givenXX!!
