hiya just back from boots. ive had a good day 2day- received a dkny pink gift set from cousin as a late present from half price sale which i had already, i took it back for an exchange without reciept scanned at £19.33, i asked the sa about agent provacteur and she found one behind the counter for me in a gift set. it was £35 (not in sale) i was allowed to pay the difference in cash as they dont accept points which worked out at £15 but i received 140 points for the totol £35 price. still have £27 pounds left which will be used in 75% off sale.
also noticed that clarins makeup is halfprice at about £7 to £8 which is perfect as a gift
has anybody managed to take back the golden glow body lotions for xchanges- they are £4.29 worth?

I got an absolute bumper bag from Boots today, I got a Boss gift set for £22, some cards half price for next year, a No 7 gift set half price, and a No17 gift set with mascara and eye shadow and curlers for £3 - used a voucher for 200 points when you spend £7.50 as well, so all in all about £70 worth for £29, thank you very much.

Oh, and got another Toni and Guy miniture, from AC machine.

Then I bought some great gift sets with points, about £45 all for £14 worth of points.

Am now wondering about the No7 stuff - its on 3 4 2, there must be a way of working all the AC machine vouchers work to advantage - there is a voucher for 500 points with 2 moisturisers I think, also if you buy the anti-aging foundation you get a free gift box worth £16. So that could be a good deal there. My brain couldnt figure it out, but will try again tomorrow....unless anyone has worked it out?

I had a fantastic Boots shop this afternoon. I realised last night that my Parenting club vouchers run out on the 31st so I popped in and managed to use them all. I used the No7 one and got a free bag with the minitures, lipstick etc, the Med pregnancy item and the Botanics hair mask. If you still have vouchers then check that they aren't about to run out! Just thought i'd let you all know so you don't waste them!!

I am not sure of the exact date ...but i know that 42 trailers of Show mat ( 230 pallets) have to be at the regional Distributon centres by Saturday ( 30th ). It is then being sent to all stores for Tuesady 2nd Jan , i think the Wakefield store is service by the Rochdale DC which have had theres early, hence the signage being put out early.

Its not who you know its where you work ......
