mmm, fair point but it was for redemption for a teeth whitening kit - and that is what i expect rather than to be redirected to a website with pigeon english on it telling me all will be fine! many of my friends may well say i look stupid but believe me i'm not!!!0

The website is back up and you can order your item0

Looks like the website must have been down for maintenance overnight as they've done a lot of editing overnight. But it does look to be up and running now. I hope it works out OK for anyone who purchased the voucher.0

The Hollywood White website has also changed, keeps crashing and ill not accept orders. I am unconvinced the to aren't related.Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0

i've had a look at that too but it doesnt seem to be crashing - i've got a .biz domain for them? interesting thing about Pure Smiles website is that if you look on their groupon page and have a look at the source code you can see all the voucher codes that they have from groupon, highly secure hey! But it goes to show they don't actually validate the security code!!!0

We need a Groupon rep on here urgently. It will be Groupon who have to deal with all the complaints and refunds when customers find that someone else has already redeemed their voucher code. I would suggest that they pull the deal.0 -
please not until i have my kit!0

I just found this thread after also purchasing a Groupon coupon. I had the same problems with Pure-Smiles web site last night, as, did other posters. I emailed both Pure Smiles + Groupon last night and was advised to be patient. !!
Eventually I managed to lodge the Groupon coupon ID nos this afternoon and after a succession of 'other' products I was finally able to pay the P/P which appears to take you to a 'mandatory' Paypal checkout. There appears to be no order number generated or e-mail sent to customer with shipping dates etc.
Having looked quickly over the Pure Smiles T+C's I also agree that its a mish mash of clauses, with some spelling mistakes and that aside, it does not give me a confident feeling, particularly, if the site is insecure.
Looking over the Internet this evening I came across similar Groupon teeth whitening deals (Bright Smile or similar) which have ended up in tears, with customers losing all their money in the US. I have emailed Groupon UK this evening with my concerns and hope that they will accept responsibility particularly, if Pure Smiles turns to pure tears and we lose our money. I am new to Groupon so I hope that they manage to get this problem sorted out quickly.0
