    Me. We're still waiting. I hope it hurries up because my wage has dropped by 3.5k this year, so could do with them sorting it out soon because we're really struggling.

    Just received my form today and renewed over the phone. Hope you're not waiting too much longer! My neighbour received their form last week, I was starting to worry.

    Can you not phone them to report a big drop? Even without forms? Maybe not.:(

    Yes, they should take estimates for this tax year before they've processed the renewal.

    How much is the disregard figure? What if your income goes up or is reduced over the year?

    I still haven't received my renewal, but the helpline says they will be sent out before 30th June, so I am not too worried
    I promise that I will do my best.....

    I was just searching for a vague idea of when I'd get my pack, and came across this handy list of dates on the Tax Credits website (click on "when you can expect your pack"):

    Oh shoot, I'm too new to post a link. Just google 'tax credits renewal' or something similar, and go to the page that says 'tax credit renewal: the basics'.

    It says to ring if you haven't received the pack by the dates shown. Hope that helps! :)
