I've not received mine yet either. I think I read that they have up until the end of June to send them out, so fingers crossed that ours gets here soon ;)

I renewed 5th May and got lump sum few hundred quid wasnt expecting this - then got a provisional notice and payment ever since.

My income was wrong on the provisional so I got this corrected on 16th May and expect to get less.
My child care has gone down a lot and still waiting but got provisional payment this week again.

I was told not to call back until after 16th June - so reading some threads other people have been told this - I have also seen threads on compliance letters, is this why we are being told not to call back until a certain date?

I had a compliance letter last year and did what was required so suppose I wouldnt be selected this time?

So should I wait to see if a letter arrives or calls. Is anyone else in same position at present.

If you didnt get a letter from the compliance team asking you to renew through them this year then I wouldnt worry.

Seems people with the childcare element of tc's are experiencing delays in their renewals this year.

Honestly I wouldnt worry about the delay too much.

I renewed my tax credits and after getting my tax award notice through, i noticed they have the wrong amount for my husbands earning 2010/11. Can I just call them up and change it or better in writing?

    Thanks :)

You can call them up to do the change...although just make sure that within 30 days you get a new award notice showing the new earnings firgure for your Husband has been up-dated.

If within 30 days you DO NOT receive an ammended award notice I would then write a letter , keeping a copy and sending by recorded delivery.

Either way is fine however the main thing is that you receive a new award notice showing the change of earnings figure for your Husband.

Just thought I'd let people know I called tax credits earlier to ensure they had received my renewal pack sent back on 11th May, they had and the new payments had went through so just a case of waiting on the paperwork coming through now :)

I didn't all details were just the same as previously, no under/over payments or anything so no adjustments either.
