its cute, only suggesting - but why not pack away all the magnets?

is there anywhere the stuff on the work top can be put away in cupboards and leaving kettle knife block and seasonings?

if you live near ikea is there any doors that would match your size units this wouldnt cost u alot...sometimes we have to spend that little bit to make a whole lot more - plus your tv doesn't seem to be a very good position, it could be your focus point? take some pics down ...lights off the curtain pole

reading that back that sounds cheeky but thats how I am viewing it as a buyer..please don't be offended am only trying to help. plus the living room picture seems very basic...not showing it to its full potential either - think the estate agent could of done a better job if am honest..

Incyder - it is on rightmove price £207,950 properties are selling according to agent.

Never mind what the agent says - look for yourself, in your postcode, street or town - zoopla.co.uk - look for sold prices in your area.

Are there any sales comparable to yours?

It's a nice house, but as a previous poster has said - a few more photos wouldn't go amiss. Bedroom 1 & bathroom definitely.

I'd also declutter the kitchen as much as possible - you have a worktop bin on the side, and plastic boxes on the fridge. As said before, remove the stuff from the fridge door to make the lines cleaner.

It might also be an idea to get another photo taken of the lounge from the other viewpoint, standing near the doors - at the moment, you can't gauge how much room there is for sofas etc

Good luck with your sale !

Look at the presentation of the two 'Chancellers' properties that are priced just above and below you. Much better than yours, and with photos of the bedrooms!

However, since people are viewing, and saying it's 'too small' (for the price....), I feel you have your answer. It's too expensive for what it is.
  • Thanks everyone for all your helpful advice, I will spend the day de-cluttering and improving pictures on website + I will try and get some pic of bedrooms done!
