I think the most you can hope for is a credit for one month's internet that you've been partially unable to use through their error, effectively giving you another chance at your third month of free internet, leaving you with eight more months of internet to pay for.

In fact I couldn't realy say that 1st three months were free as, I had to pay for a landline, which is there intirely for broadband as I only use mobile phone for calls

I was thinking of switching to O2 for my phone line but the basic package with no free calls is
only fractionally cheaper than BT when you add the Caller ID charge on top.

Another issue is i pay £7.50 for my BB, I checked the router a couple of times and we have managed to
download 200gig.
ISPs must hate youtube and BBC IPlayer etc... Doesnt help when kids are downloading the same stuff over
and over, Because the shows expire 7 days after 1st watching them.

I have never had any emails saying i have gone over any limits. Dont want to put that at risk to save £2.
