You download lots of films in such a short space of time from a russian website(link please) for only a fiver a week. Yet any reputable company who does films nowadays has a time limit on you as its not a 'bought film' merely hired yet you manage it from a russian website..
How much music have you downloaded for free too?
They offered to upgrade you - take the upgrade as they made a mistake - you also were not paying for the package you requested to you have saved a few quid so pay for the upgrade. And a lot of ISPs do a capped unlimited offer.
Well you are no one to judge me. Mr right. Coul you provide me with a company that legally broadcasts football with Russian coments?
Is it illegal now to watch ITV player or BBC Player as well.
Those are very old soviet films free of author rights. But that is not your business anyway as I don't have to explain anything to you0 -

Do make sure you come back and let us know how you got on when o2 take you to court
I think you too my post way too seriously.
If I were to stick around on MSE forums it would come to light I not only engage is sensible discussions, but I like a good lark as well.
I'm just finding this all amusing because someone apparently wants compensating for getting something for cheaper than expected and reaping the benefits while they were doing so.This post was brought to you from the vortex of a human psyche, it was approved by my poor judgement. :T0 -

I did not ask for a cheaper broadband and then super slow broadband after I am over a limit. Now I am experiencing a time on a very slow broadband because of their error. I do also believe that the word unlimited has to mean UNLIMITED - NO LIMITS . It is the same like if Ryanair charge you £1 for a flight and £99 of fees. It has to be clearly mentioned that there is a limit regardless of what it is. In fact if you share an internet with few other people, you can run out of limits quickly. I dont mind paying a high price for unlimited broadband but do mind paying cheap for the one with the limit0 -

I dont want a compensation I just simply want to come out of the contract without paying an early cancellation fee as I was sold the wrong product0 -
Just looked on O"'s site, it clearly states all packages are subject to fair usage policy.
It also funny enough says "3 months free with 12 month contract" Anyone thinking what I am kinda sorta thinking? This post was brought to you from the vortex of a human psyche, it was approved by my poor judgement. :T0 -

Yes, people make mistakes, yourself included (you didn't check you were paying the right amount), and if your DD payment failed, they would almost certainly contact you allowing you a chance to rectify the error before getting upset. As I mentioned, this is not a valid reason to attempt to nullify a contract you presumably read before you signed. Do yourself a kindness and accept this now, getting upset about it will only wear you out. If you really feel you've been mistreated, take O2 to court for a legal ruling on it, but I don't honestly think it will go your way. Sorry!0
