Ordered a pair of rimless glasses for £29 on weds, haven't ordered any online before. I don't really understand the pricing, says the Lensway price was £29 without the voucher code, but the retail price is £230. They seem to be frames that are sold in the US but not in the UK. The voucher code did give me free postage though.

I went through Top Cash Back which tracked at £5.85, so if that get confirmed I think £23.15 is a pretty good price for a pair of rimless glasses.

Was a bit of a nightmare trying to decide if i had a small, medium or large head and spent the evening measuring old pairs of glasses with my free pupillary distance ruler to try to work out it. I phoned them (twice) and they told me that they don't include the frames in their measurements, just the lenes, maybe that will be useful info for someone. Still not sure if they will fit, picked ones that seemed to be in the middle of all my others pairs in terms of width.

I am finding the order tracking a bit pants, I get it now, but it took me about 20 minutes to get my head round it, maybe I'm having a slow day! When I put the order through it said something about them being ready on the 7th of Sept. Now it just says "Shipping Method Ground". When I put it through it said priority shipping, I don't think ground mail from San Francisco is going to be that quick, but they could prove me wrong. Says they are being made up now, so I will keep my fingers crossed I'm kind of skeptical but hopeful.

Just been given a full refund. No explanation at all - could have at least told me why. What a poor company, thanks for nothing.

Well I ordered specs on Wednesday and had a shipping email Thursday morning - still nothing received! Has anyone had anything through yet?

Sometimes it can take another 4 days after the despatch email for the glasses to arrive Joe Moomin. I ordered some last time and it was worth the wait, perfect vision and really nice vera wangs for a tenner, would have cost me loads more in the opticians. HTH.

Can see no -1.5 lenses(bronze) on options when I'm trying to order, lowest option is Thin and Light Progressive Polycarbon 1.59 Index.

Wonder if they have taken the cheapest lenses off the options so the £29 deal won't work. Just tried to ring but not in on Sunday and the deal ends midnight tonight.

Shame as it's taken me almost 2 hours to whittle down to my 2 choices.

Yes it is still there, on the second page after you input your Rx details.

Ah worked it out, you can't get bronze lenses with progressive.
