Got a dispatch note and receipt note from Lensway today, I am pleasantly surprised. Think that is much quicker than the time they quoted, even without the extra days they added for ordering rimless glasses.

Says they have posted by Royal Mail. It says:

"To track your package click on the tracking number to be directed to the carriers' website."

If I click on the bit in the order status that says Royal Mail, I can't see any tracking stuff, or a tracking number, it just takes me back to the order summary. Maybe that's not for international deliveries?

Still can't tell how much money they have taken for the glasses from my bank. Money has come out of my available balance (for a few different things), but not properly out yet. I guess it will show up when they clear the bank holiday back log.

Fingers crossed they get here in one piece now

I have just tried to buy a pair of glasses from Martins special offer with link to website, it didn't work and having phoned them am told the offer finished last night!! Gutted!:mad:

That must be annoying, that's 4 days earlier that the e-mail said isn't it? The code is still up on their website, on the front page, although it does say ending on the 31st. Should that still be up there? I wonder if they ran out of stock or something?

I have ordered a second pair today for £29 from Lensway (first pair ordered at the weekend) - should have been £169 as the web site says the offer is valid until today.

Has anyone successfully claimed cashback from their cash health plans for glasses from an online company as my invoice says I can use it for that purpose.

I ordered two pairs this afternoon using this code today. It says in Martin's email that the offer has been extended until 4th Sept.. Maybe give it another try.

Anyone recived their £29 glasses yet?

I ordered last weekend and have had a dispatch email a few days ago but no sign of them yet.

I got my despatched email today so hopefully they should turn up soon.

I ordered mine on the 24th, got a dispatch note on the 30th. E-mailed them because I couldn't track the order they said:

I can't track my order either.

Originally it did say that delivery date was likely to be 9th September - so I guess I'll have to be patient.

Would be good to know that someone's received their's though.

Have just received my Lacoste Glasses from Lensway for £29 and I am really impressed.
Lenses are perfect and frames lovely.
Came in the Original Lacoste case with a Glasses bag and also a handy little screwdriver to tighten the arms if needed.

Will be using these again.
