I have just watched the news, and the West Midlands program which follows it (no choice we get what we are given) and had to laugh at a "specialist" talking about folks struggling with money, and saying that they had got used to eating out, and would find they could not do it as often now, think she needed some education. :rotfl:

JackieO I too had an interview like your DD, went on and on about women should stay at home, you can't take time off if your kids are ill, it ended with him saying, we are all men here, do you think you could cope with us, I said if you had read my cv properly you would see that I have worked at a playschool for 3 years, I can't see the difference between toddlers and men, am sorry you have wasted my time and walked out!

:T:T:T love that :D well done you xx

    Evening all

Bitsy/tappers - I have 'magic' porridge - 28g of oats mixed with a fat free yogurt, leave overnight for the oats to absorb the yogurt, add fruit in morning if you want to. This way you don't use your HEA on milk ;). I don't like porridge with water :(. Or you can have couscous with fat free yogurt instead for a free breakfast! But I've not tried that yet :rotfl:. I find magic porridge fills me up til lunchtime

Today flew by in work again :) visited my remote office where I'll be based with my next group of work kids for next 3 months. It's only 30mins away from normal office. Took the student with me and I got to know her a bit more, she seems lovely. We also had a new staff member start today, he seems to have fitted in well too!

My ex-colleague with the brain tumour came in for a visit today :D he is doing quite well and we had a good catch up. He had appointment at hospital this afternoon to find out the next step in his treatment (tumour is benign, half has been removed already but was too big to take all out in one go). He text me to say that he will need 2nd op in about 4months time but the prognosis is good :).

Came home and did workout DVD. Then had phonecall from a travel agent with a quote for my flights to NZ this year. I can do Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Singapore for £1400 which seems quite good :D Just need to magic up some pennies!

I have to do some uni work after dinner, so not in the mood (thanks for the FB comment Jackieg!!) but will make myself do it.

!!!!!! all OS here, well made pasta bake for tea that's all :o
