Vivatic - Any Good?

A lot of the problems are with the shoddy survey sites Vivatec link to. I've been with them for a long while now, before there were so many survey sites on there. There used to be (as far as I remember) just Populus, NewVista and SSI. As more sites got added I tried them and found them a waste of space, so I only do the above three surveys on there, and only do SSI ones if they're short (50p is not worth more than 10 mins of my time), and have had no problems with late screenouts, non payments etc.
So, in short, I'd suggest just sticking to those sites to get to your payment threshold
Hello JDPower,
Thank you for your response and advice.
Populus, New vista and SSI certainly do seem to be the less problematic of all the survey providers. I have been doing surveys for Nectar Canvass for several months now and only just found out that SSI run the Nectar Canvass website. I have never had any problems on that site or with using SSI on Vivatic. It is just a shame they limit you to 3 daily surveys.
I must say I am much happier today than I was when I posted previously. I logged in to Vivatic earlier today to find my balance the same and still no response from customer services despite having emailed another 3 or 4 times since my last post here. There were no surveys available for me so I checked again 20 minutes ago and found my balance had jumped up by over £10 and multiple surveys now appeared under today's date. They must have just sorted out a large backlog of completed but uncredited surveys. Along with a couple of the new TrialPay offers I signed up to a couple of days ago I have now reached my cash out level twice over and still have enough left over to make it worth chasing a third cash out by the end of December.
Although I am happy to finally receive my overdue payments I still have two small gripes about Vivatic. The first.... Is that I still have not received a single reply to my many, many emails. You would think after getting automated replies stating a personal response will be sent in 3 or 4 days that after sending around 20 emails I would get at least one single personal response, wouldn't you?
Second gripe... Is that you don't receive your funds until the last day of the following month. So if you cash out on the 1st December you don't get your payment until 31st January. That seems a very long time and wholly unnecessary. A few weeks I could understand but 2 whole months is a little severe I think. As I understand it Vivatic used to have a £10 cash out threshold. I think that is much better than the £25 they have now. But having said all of that, they are pretty good and they have made me much happier now that they have finally credited me with the missing £10 of surveys fees. I should be able to hit a third payout by the end of December which will be a nice bonus come January 31st.
I wish you all the very best and hope you have a fantastic Christmas and New Year!
The same goes for all the other members here.
Edit: Just checked again and my balance has now jumped up by a total of £18.
Guess I did more surveys that weren't credited than I previously thought!
If anybody else is missing credit I would advise them to check in and see if it's been added today. I cannot be the only one.0 -
Hi, a newbie here some really interesting things on this site. In relation to vivatic I completed enough surveys over 3 months to get to £25 the minimum amount for a payout. This was in September last year. To date I have still not been paid despite being sent an invoice for £24.50 as they take 50p for fees.
This is most irritating as I spent literally hours completing surveys. I have contacted vivatic around 40 times via email that was listed on their site and have written 3 times and have still not had a reply despite doing so 2/3 times a week since the alleged payment. It's a point of principal really.
Does anyone have a correct email address for these people or does a rep perhaps post on here? Thanks in advance0 -
I've not been banned as I get emails each and every day and have done nothing to merit being banned. I just want paid for work I done in good faith and would appreciate a contact email address or phone number. Thanks0

I looked up the address given by Vivatic as their opportunities sounded too good to be true.
Vivatic is not listed among the firms at Kemp House, 152 City Road, London. EC1V 2NX
I don't think I will use this company.0 -
Gave up with this one and unsubscribed. Very exciting when I first joined and watched my points go up on a weekly basis quite quickly but got to £12.09 and 3 months later gave up as suddenly seemed to be not right for the surveys and couldn't therefore increase my points. No idea what the payout threshold is and quite frankly, don't care. Just another website that really doesn't want to pay out.0

I signed up with Vivatic a few weeks ago, I thought a few extra quid for an hour or so a day wouldn't go amiss, but I'm far from convinced now. After six weeks or so my "earnings" finally reached the payment threshold, apparently it will take another six weeks to transfer the money to Paypal; I'm not going to hold my breath!
I've been screened out of more surveys than I have completed, sometimes after 30 minutes of questions, survey panels have stopped sending invitations as I have approached payment thresholds, and the "writing jobs" I have qualified for have been not so much fiction as outright lies - writing reviews for companies I've never heard of about services I'd never use.
Maybe others do ok out of them, but don't expect too much.0 -
Currently on:
"Bonus Bonanza. Earn £2.00 more through surveys before 12:00 on Monday November 10th to receive your £0.40 bonus credit"ally.0 -
I used to use them but found once they upped the payout to £25 it was hard work getting close to that figure. Had £11 in my account which was them deleted as they said I had not logged in enough. Claimed they had sent me a reminder by e-mail. But they hadn't!0

I have only recently joined and yes it is not the fastest earning website. I probably will give up once I claim what I have (well If I can)ally.0 -
I have finally claimed my £ 20 today and I was told it is scheduled to be paid out on January 30!? Really?ally.0
