Once TrialPay got involved it was resolved in a few days.
It appears that the trigger had not happened and they were therefore not aware that I had completed the offer.
I eventually heard back from Vivatic support... advising me to contact TrialPay.0 -

Hey guys is anyone else having issues doing the tasks, each one keeps saying something is missing but keep doing them as they say, only thing I can think is to do with the bookmarklet thing, I am trying on both iphone and tablet.0 -
Vivatic are to be avoided at all costs! They entice you by building up your balance to the £20 cash-out point - and then the surveys completely dry up! Then in order to make up the balance you end up spending more money on their offers that you have to pay for
I'd love to hear from anyone else who had the same problem - did you get money out of them?0 -
Yes I did and I didn't spend money at all..There are other things you can do without paying anything if you want to make up your balance to £20.ally.0

Hi, I went through a dry patch with them so much so that I was about to leave them. However, I was advised to stick with them and I am glad because I cashed out twice. One has to be patient. Still having said that, it is not my favourite site because the only activities I do are Populus Live and NewVista surveys and I think that they are underpaid particularly Populus ones, compared to taking the survey directly from the Populus site. But after all as one of your portfolio sites, it is not that bad one.0

I had problems with them and then one day when I logged in after I think 6 weeks of getting nothing they had cleared out my balance. I read the rules I think it should have been 3 months before they did it but it was no where near. They never answered me so I ended up giving in, get the odd email from them and delete immediately would not touch with a barge pole again.0

I had the same! I failed to log in but nowhere near the time that is needed to elapse before they delete your balance. Funny enough after that I kept on getting emails from them to remind me to log on if I want to keep my balance!!:mad:0 -

I've just had the same thing happen to me. I've been logging in every now and then but haven't qualified for any surveys. I never received an email to say my account would be cleared. I had last cashed out at the end of April, and had £6 balance. I've put in a ticket but not sure if it went through.
