    Hi
Just thought I would give you my opinion of Vivatic.

The first thing that you need to be aware of with Vivatic is that once you reach the minimum payout threshold of £20, you then have to wait around 6 weeks for your payment to be made to you. This isn't a major issue, just something that I hadn't realised initially.

They do have quite a lot of jobs, mainly Toluna, but the Populus ones pay well when you can get them. So you can actually get to £20 reasonable quickly, much better than a lot of other sites. So in that respect they are actually quite a good addition to your survey website portfolio.

However, the problems start with Vivatic when you need to contact them - They are quick to respond to basic problems, which suggests that they regularly monitor their helpdesk system, but once you tell them they have not credited you, they ignore your support requests and you have no other way to contact them! At least this is what I am finding.

They currently owe me £11 for a Cash Offer I took via TrialPay. The £11 was supposed to credit to my account instantly, however it did not, so the next day I logged the problem with them. After logging the problem, they very quickly asked for additional information (which partner the cash offer was through), however since then I have heard nothing.

I have chased them multiple times asking for an update and have even logged another ticket with their helpdesk system just in case they weren't seeing the requests on the other ticket. So far I am yet to receive any contact from them whatsoever.

I appreciate that these glitches can occur, especially when awaiting confirmation from a third party that a transaction has taken place, however to not update the customer is poor and to then subsequently ignore their requests is just plain rude.

Their Facebook page is quite out of date, and there is no active Twitter feed, so there is no other way I can see to contact them in the public domain.

So unfortunately, my experience suggests that they cannot be trusted. This opinion may change if they do actually pay what they owe, however the fact that they have ignored me and not paid what they owe has severely tainted my opinion of this brand.

I am sure that they have many satisfied users, and I am looking forward to receiving the £20 I earned a month ago, however until they pay what they owe me, I cannot recommend them.
  • I went off them when they deleted my £11 in my account and told me I had not logged in enough! The first I heard about this rule about logging in regulary was after they deleted my cash! Grrr!!

Most survey sites close accounts that aren't accessed in a while.

Have you logged it with Trial Pay or Vivatic?

Problem is logged with Vivatic as they are the company with whom I have my account.

I did think about contacting TrialPay directly, however given that my account is with Vivatic, I was unsure whether I would have any information that would allow TrialPay to track the transaction - there's no Survey number for example.
  • Are they officially endorsed by MSE? This is what they have on their webpage:

It should read: as rubbished on... moneysavingexpert.com.

Ha, I like that Ciaccino, they have been pretty rubbish on this occasion!

What annoys me is that other than this issue, I like using them.
There are quite a few surveys, and whilst the 6 week wait for payment is annoying, it is one of the more lucrative sites out there.

I think I will continue to use them for surveys, but won't bother with Cash offers again, instead I'll use Swagbucks for that as at least my experience of their customer service has always been positive.
  • If I ever sign with them, it will be for the Crowdflower tasks only. I am only worried that they won't pay.

    They do pay.

Most of the websites (like Swagbucks) will ask you to contact the offer company as they are only a platform for you to access the offer. So Trialpay owns the offer, not Vivatic.

You don't need the survey number-what you need is to go to Support section on Trial Pay wall and find the offer from there and submit a support ticket. See image below.

    Thankyou Asajj!
I had never noticed the support button on that page. I will fire off an email to them now :-)
